Your authentic culinary journey begins with a meet-up in the historic Old Quarter with an expert instructor. You'll head straight to the city's largest market, where you'll learn the fundamentals of Vietnamese cooking, from selecting the finest produce to picking the right spices. The experience then becomes fun and hands-on as you cook several authentic, delicious dishes. Afterward, you get to savor your incredible meal and enjoy complimentary rice wine. This is more than just a class—it's a complete culinary experience where you craft and enjoy your own authentic Vietnamese creations.

Explore Hanoi’s food and culture scene with this private market tour followed by a hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn all about the fresh produce in the market, and travel around in a cyclo- the way the locals get around. You’ll then get back to your guide’s kitchen, where you’ll prepare a traditional three course meal before you get to eat it with your private group.
