Great service for everyone!
The two guides were knowledgeable, interesting, and engaging. The first guide explained the landmarks in and around Venice as we rode in a comfortable boat to Murano and Burano. The second guide explained the glassblowing and led us through an amazing showroom of Murano glass. There were 3 people on the tour that spoke neither Italian nor English. No problem for both guides. They would then explain again in a third language, Spanish. Trilingual guides. Great service for everyone!

The wonders of Venice in 1 Day!
The tour is a long one (9+ hours) but you do a lot! You get to tour the inside of St Marks Basilica and the Doge Palace along with trips to Murano (Glass Blowing Demonstration) and Burano (Cute island town with colorful homes and Lace making demonstration) along with a Gondola ride!

Nice excursion
This was a good way to see Venice and surrounding islands from the water. Murano and Burano are most interesting.

Fabulous way to see sites outside of Venice center
What a special trip! The boat was gorgeous, our driver Marco was fabulous and our guide, Giovanni was amazing. We loved everything about this tour. The glass blowers in Murano were creating one-of-a-kind pieces that were spectacular and it was fun and mesmerizing to watch them being created. Of course we had to take a piece home with us! Burano was adorable and colorful. Loved every minute of this tour!!

Loved it!
This tour was fantastic! Seeing and learning about how the Murano hand blown glass sculptures and the Burano hand stitched lace is made was really amazing. Our tour guide, Francesca, as great; knowledgeable and very kind.

Fantastic day on the islands
Our tour guide Sabina was excellent. Very knowledgeable and very patient with all of us. Fantastic tour. When we got to the factory, after the glass blowing presentation, we went into the town, very cute and charming and much cheaper than the factory. Burano it’s a beautiful little town with charming shops and gorgeous colored houses. Highly recommend this tour.

Perfect way to spend the day!
Perfect way to spend the day and our guide Georgia was amazing. Highly recommend the private tour to Murano and Burano. The boat ride was lovely and got to see a different side of Venice. The glass factory was impressive. We did feel pressure by the staff to make a large purchase which was a little uncomfortable.
Burano was spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer. Georgi showed us the town and areas that were off the beaten path. Definitely loved this island.

Love Venice
To have a complete visit of the Venice area, this only adds to the greatness of the area. Amazing talents of the glass blowers and the color and unbelievable lace produced on Burano.

Anna was awesome guide....
Anna was awesome guide. She is quite knowledgeable. Her commentary during the boat ride between the islands was informative.
Visiting Murano glass factory was a great experience. Liked the colorful buildings of Burano.
Great tour.

Burano was a superb visit could have stayed much longer

Must see Murano and Burano at least once.
We started on the island of Burano. It is a quaint fishing town with very colorful houses well maintained. Lots of shopping to do. The lace demonstration was nice but very short. Murano was a bit of a disappointment. We enjoyed watching the glass blowers work but the remaining time was walking through the showroom filled with items for us to purchase. Our guide Andrew was very knowledgeable.

When to visit

A boat trip to Burano is a must for photography buffs, who will love capturing the vibrant colors.
Venice island tours require getting on and off a boat, so confirm wheelchair and stroller accessibility ahead of time.
Burano lace, like Murano glass, is made entirely by hand and is very expensive. Don't be fooled by cheap industrial knock-offs sold at many souvenir shops.
The island's main street is lined with souvenir shops, cafés, and restaurants.
