Great ways to experience North Macedonia and Kosovo in two days
It is a great way to experience what North Macedonia and Kosovo have to offer in two days while the tour company takes care of all the logistics. My Bulgarian and Macedonian guides were excellent and shared a lot of knowledge with us. The hotel in Prizren was very nice. Skopje, Pristina and Prizren are very different from each other and provide an interesting contrast.

An Unforgettable Day Trip with an Incredible Guide and Excellent Driver
We had a wonderful day trip from Sofia to Rila Monastery and St. Ivan’s Cave! Our driver, Peter, was excellent — very friendly, professional, and safe, which made the journey comfortable and relaxing. Our guide, Hristo, was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate, making the whole experience even more special.
One of the highlights of the day was visiting St. Ivan’s Cave. Although it was an optional excursion, Hristo highly recommended it, and we were able to book it at the last minute. I’m so glad we did, as it turned out to be a truly memorable part of the trip!
Overall, this was a fantastic experience with a great team, beautiful sights, and fascinating history. I would highly recommend this day tour to anyone visiting Sofia. A big thank you to Peter and Hristo for making our day so enjoyable!

Undeniably best place to visit in Bulgaria
This is one of a kind experience if you are seeking a spiritual place and want to touch history. Nestled amidst mountainous gorge the monastery is framed by changing fall foliage like a beautiful picture frame. Come to the Orthodox service which is absolutely transcending with acapella echoing in the majestic cathedral domes.
There late a few cafes behind the Monastery where you can refresh yourself by drinking fresh mountain spring water.
Put your guide Alex was very thoughtful in his tour and accommodated our group’s interest. We had a nice group photo memento.

This is quite an...
This is quite an efficient and economical way to travel to Rila monastery. We had a big full bus. The group was a combination of English, Spanish and Italian. Our guide Alexander had to ensure everyone gets the proper schedule. He is a knowledgeable teacher unfortunately the time was limited and Alex had to reduce to the very minimum to accommodate all the listeners. Nevertheless I still had gained a few additional cultural background during the visit. The coordination of the schedule was all well done.

A great day trip!
Really glad I took this trip! I was hesitant bc it was a long drive, but the new van was very comfortable and it was worth the trip! Our tour guide Elena(?) was wonderful and our driver was fun to chat with. I was really impressed with Skopje, it was gorgegous!

Worth it!
This was a really fun day! Tune is a great guide, and my group had a lot of fun with him. If you’d like to get away from Sofia and see some interesting places in another part of Bulgaria, I really recommend this tour! Hopefully you get Tune as a guide!

Great tour Peter!!
We thought Peter did a fantastic job of finding one of a kind food establishments in different neighborhoods, that served traditional delicious food. For instance... An alley cafe was our last stop and the owners mother made the charcuterie meats and the perfect ( don't know the name) phyllo dough round with pumpkin and cinnamon. Perfect! Unique establishments highlighting small business owners creating an eating experience!

Good overview of Sofia
This was a well organised tour and covered the main sites in Sofia. Vasil was very informative, friendly and has a passion for his countries history. Good communication prior to the tour and a clear outline of what was going to happen throughout. I am glad I booked it and enjoyed hearing about Bulgaria's history.

A beautiful country, easily explored.
A fascinating day, exploring a little known country with the fantastic Georg. The s ever on our drive to Nis was wonderful. Stops along the way included the beautifully preserved Roman Ruins at Mediana, the harrowing Red Cross Concentration Camp and the eerie Tower of Skulls. There was the. Free time in Nis to eat and explore.
I loved how the tour captured thousands of years of Serbian/Yugoslav history and was explained in a sensitive and simplistic style.
Wholeheartedly recommend. It was long, the border crossing could be painful but so worth it!

Plovdiv with Sonia (English tour)
The tour was a lovely way to spend the day in Plovdiv. Sonia was a wonderful tour leader, and very friendly/approachable. She was well versed and knowledgeable in all aspects in the history of Plovdiv and Bulgarian history. Would highly recommend doing this tour if you’re weighing up between traveling to Plovdiv on your own, or taking a tour.

I think the tour covers...
I think the tour covers the major tourist locations in central Sofia, and I really enjoyed it. We all received an audio guide in our preferred language, but the guide also explained the history and answered questions in three languages (English, Italian, and Russian), which was impressive.

This day trip proved...
This day trip proved excellent value during our week in Sofia. Our guide Nina was so competent, warm and friendly and simply a wealth of knowledge with regards The Old Town of Plovdiv and Bulgaria in general.
Fascinating houses and history.
The ancient architectural structures were extraordinary and filled with wonder.
I certainly recommend this experience to anyone with a keen interest in their current vicinity and history in general.
