Beautiful Scenery

Beautiful Scenery The guide was very informative, he was born and bred in Lisbon. Sintra was very beautiful as the leaves sere just starting to into stark oranges and some reds, yellow. Although the tours was for Seniors My partner and I were unable to climb all of the stairs inside the Pena Palace, so did not see the Palace inside. The grounds were beautiful. Be careful on the cobblestones leading up to the Palace as there are a few dips here and there. so you need to be careful when you are walking.

Sintra tour not to be missed

The tour of Sintra was amazing and not to be missed. The tour guide, Bart, was the best guide I have ever experienced! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of all the castles/palaces (he should be a history professor). Best of all, he is an amazing person, and he made everything so interesting and he is just a pleasure to be with. Make sure to request Bart if you are going on a tour of Sintra!!!

A Fantastic Day Exploring Sintra with Rodrigo!

Rodrigo was an amazing tour guide and made our day trip to Sintra so much fun! He picked me up directly from my hotel and took us to Pena Palace, the Moorish Castle, the village of Sintra, the Sintra Mountains, and Cascais. Rodrigo was incredibly fun, vibrant, and knowledgeable. He shared the history and stories of each place we visited throughout the entire day, which made everything we saw so much more interesting. He was also very thoughtful about finding the best spots for photos and even took pictures of me and the other couple on our tour, so we could actually be in the photos instead of just taking selfies. He also gave us great recommendations for where to eat when we stopped for lunch. You could really tell that Rodrigo wanted us to have a wonderful experience, and he went above and beyond to make the day memorable. I would highly recommend booking a Sintra tour with Rodrigo. He was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience Sintra and the surrounding area!

From the moment we met our guide Sarah, her smile set the tone for the day. Sarah was very professional, knowledgeable and a fun person to spend 6 hours with. She was our photographer and had patience when we wanted to stop. On our way home from Sintra to Lisbon Sarah went out of her way to find a olive oil dispenser that we had been looking for but could not locate. She is known as the purple guide. Once you meet her you will understand. This tour was amazing because Sarah made it amazing.

Family friendly Sintra Tour

Our time with Miguel was excellent. Great communication leading up to the day including when we should make our bookings for the 2 castles we wanted to see. Was very flexible with pick up at the airport. Provided a car seat for our 1.5 yo. During the trip it was very smooth, minimizing how much we walked around or needed to search for things. Told us where the stroller would work and where it wouldnt. We also had a carrier which helped in sections the stroller would not. The tour especially if you have kids makes things stress free and easy. Miguel was very knowledgeable and it was a joy to learn so much from him. Highly recommend!

Great Day in Sintra & Caiscas with Bruno!

Bruno is an outstanding tour guide/driver. He was quick to reply when planning our day for 4 people and buying tickets for Pena Palacio & Regalaria (which sells out quickly). He is from the area and so knowledgeable of the history of Portugal. This really is the only way to navigate the large crowds and really cover all the areas we wanted to see. He set up a delicious lunch in Caiscas -one of our favorite meals. Bruno is so kind and you can tell he enjoys sharing his knowledge and culture with others, including some wonderful pastries. He even gave us suggestions for our next stop in Porto. Obrigada, Bruno! You made our trip so memorable!

My husband and I and another couple had a lovely tour of Sintra with Leo. He lived in the community and his pride and love for the area was obvious.
