Great night out!

It’s an authentic family trattoria and the chefs running the classes make them fun and interesting. The classes are in a purpose built cookery school and then you move next door to the restaurant to eat your own food. Add in the wine tasting too for the full Italian experience. Ilaria was such a gracious host at her beautiful home. She gave us specific instructions on the train service from Siena and she picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. She was a wonderful instructor and taught us how to make tiramisu and pasta. We enjoyed the food and had a delightful time with her husband and daughter. Will be a favorite part of our trip.

Wonderful learning to cook

We had the pleasure of participating in a cooking class in Siena today, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Under the guidance of our knowledgeable instructors, we learned to prepare several authentic Italian dishes: fresh pici pasta, delicate ravioli, light and fluffy gnocchi, and a classic tiramisu for dessert. The hands-on portion allowed us to engage directly with traditional techniques, which made the session both educational and enjoyable. What truly elevated the class was the thoughtful service afterward. The team skillfully cooked all the dishes we had prepared and served them to us with excellent local wine. It was wonderful to experience the full cycle of making and then savoring true Italian food in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Siena who wishes to immerse themselves in the rich culinary heritage of Italy. Awesome experience in the heart of Tuscany.

This was so much fun! My husband even says he now wants to have date nights and cook fresh pasta at home (while drinking Italian Chianti Classico, of course). Would highly recommend this experience. Everything from the food, to the location, was perfect.
