Wonderful experience

The explanations by the student tour guides, who were rich in expertise, were very interesting. It's a valuable experience to see sloths, endemic birds, and plants on campus. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and everyone in the tour enjoyed it. I was able to observe a lot through the telescope. It became a special memory because it's a place you can only participate in on a tour. The cost is also very cheap. It was a wonderful tour.

It was an unforgettable experience! We were really picked up on time every day. We already received a list of the planned activities per day in advance (including recommendations for clothing - which was actually super helpful). The individual excursions were excellently organized, the guides were consistently lovely, helpful, and had a lot of knowledge about flora, fauna, the country, and its people. The rafting was quite exciting and exhausting. On the other hand, the zip-line was totally cool (tip: Even if you are unsure - try the Tarzan swing! It's not as bad as it looks 😉). Sure, it is sometimes exhausting when you have to go up and down many steps at the waterfalls, but there was also a shortcut. In return, you could then relax in the hot springs the next day. Unique! The food during the trip is great and we would recommend this exact trip to anyone considering coming to Costa Rica. Do it! It was a pleasure to get to know the country with this provider. Wonderful Experience - Highly Recommend

This was an incredible day. Olman was kind, knowledgeable, and just overall great. The experience itself was magical - 3 entirely different experiences all in one day. And there was time to really experience each of the sites. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone interested in a daylong excursion outside the city and into the absolute beauty of Costa Rica.

We booked the private Premium Adventure from San Jose Arenal Volcano Waterfall and Thermal tour and we had a great experience. Our guide, Adrian, led us on an incredible tour. It turned out to be a rainy day but that did not put a damper on our adventure. On our way to the volcano we saw waterfalls and wildlife including coati, hummingbirds and toucans. We sampled local foods and even visited a coffee plantation. We spent time relaxing in the heated river as well as the heated pools of the resort. The cloudy skies obscured our view of the volcano at the overlook but we were lucky enough to get a view of the peak from the restaurant in Fortuna. Adrian is a fantastic guide. He was not only knowledgeable about Costa Rica but also friendly and fun to explore with.

Angel was an amazing tour...

Angel was an amazing tour guide and teacher. From the moment he met the group he was very informative, funny, entertaining and helpful. I really enjoyed his conversations about food and traveling and was very patient when we asked questions about San Jose. The food was excellent as well. We started in the Central Market, ate delicious ice cream and walked around. Then we went to the café and started drinking and eating. We had about 4 cocktails - some we made with as much/little alcohol you prefer and some were premade. We ate about 3 tapas dishes. I won't say much so as to not ruin what was served but let me just say it was an enjoyable time.

Complete and diverse tour

Very interesting tour that allows you to see the country. I particularly enjoyed discovering all the stages of coffee production and drinking coffee that we roasted and ground ourselves. The waterfall is worth the detour, as are all the tastings and the lunch, which was of high quality. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to see the volcano.

Beautiful Garden!

This was a great trip. It was great to be picked up at our hotel. The guide was very knowledgeable. He shared a lot along the way to the gardens. They stopped along the way to purchase food, gifts and coffee. The Garden was beautiful but it rained the whole time. I didn't feel confident in the rain to hike the waterfall. The included buffet was good!

Great all day tour!

Full 14 hr experience filled with adventure, sightseeing, and beauty! Alex was great in explaining all about the culture, food, and history. About 10 stops through the entire day starting with a coffee plantation, visiting waterfalls, ziplining, and thermal springs all while enjoying fruits, lunch, and dinner. Our guide made this trip phenomenal explaining each place where we stopped. He even pulled over to make sure we saw a sloth. Only piece of advice is to make sure you buy the package with ziplining and rappelling if that’s what you want. Would recommend and repeat without any hesitation!
