Best tour ever!

This experience is BY FAR the best tour to monkey island in Panama. We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the boats, and given VIP treatment every step of the way. There were even ice waters waiting for us when we were done. Our tour guide Jenny was so sweet. Her English was perfect, so it was easy for our whole group to understand what was going on. She made us feel safe and informed the entire tour. We traveled with the “queen of the monkeys” who was able to create monkey noises and lure the monkeys in closer to us at each stop. They provided grapes and mangos for us to hand feed the monkeys and made noises for us to hear the intense sounds of the howler monkeys. We were able to see bats, an alligator, and an iguana on our trip. They were also very helpful at informing us on other places to go during our vacation. I would recommend this specific tour to anyone! Be sure to book with Jenny!

Do this! 100% Worth it!

I absolutely LOVED this tour!! Seriously, I went just a couple of weeks ago and I'm already thinking about going again! 😂 We saw several different kinds of monkeys, including howlers, capuchins, and tiny tamarins, and some even climbed right onto the boat and onto us! What made the experience even more impressive was that we went right after the earthquake, when things were still very chaotic. Despite everything going on, they were incredibly professional and made sure we got our entire tour. The only thing we missed was the walk after the boat, simply because it had gotten dark and wasn't safe to do it at that point, which I completely understood. They didn't rush us or cut our time short. It was honestly one of the most enjoyable things I've done here, and I would happily go again tomorrow. Absolutely fantastic experience!

Unfortunately, we still had to bear additional costs, but that was okay ... e.g., admission to the locks ($17) or to a rooftop bar (from $10), where you then had a fantastic 360-degree view ... We had a wonderful tour of Casco Viejo with Alex. Even the day before the tour, Alex personally reached out to welcome us to Panama and confirm the pick-up time, which was a really nice touch. It already made the experience feel more personal than just an online booking. He picked us up at our hotel right on time, and as it turned out, we were the only ones booked that day, so we basically had a private tour — which was fantastic! Alex showed us around Casco Viejo and gave us lots of interesting information about the history, the beautiful buildings and the old walls that tell so much about the history of the area and its past. We visited a beautiful church, where he also gave us a great explanation, and even went into a museum that was already on our list. We were very happy to have Alex show us around there as well. We loved walking through the beautiful, incredibly clean streets and taking in all the different architectural styles. We also had plenty of time to sit down, enjoy the atmosphere, people-watch and ask Alex questions. What we especially appreciated was the personal touch. During the tour, Alex shared a little bit about his family and even showed us a photo of his daughter. It was a small thing, but it made the experience feel very personal and genuine. He also took us all the way down to the waterfront and to a lovely little street with handmade souvenirs. At the end, while he went to get the car, we offered him a drink as a small thank-you. Then, of course, it started raining! Alex came back with an umbrella and made sure we got into the car one by one without getting soaked. Such a thoughtful touch! Alex is friendly, knowledgeable and speaks very good English, which made the historical explanations so much easier to follow. We had a really lovely experience from beginning to end and would definitely recommend Alex!

The absolute best!!!

This was by far one of the best excursions I have ever had the pleasure to experience! There staff were fabulous! Genesis, our hostess was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and included a little history about The Panama Canal and the island. We were blessed with glorious weather, even though it was the rainy season. The Red lady drink was delicious. Lunch was also very delicious. We ate on the boat which was a lovely experience. This all inclusive experience was dogs so well! Completely worth every penny!

Our guide Vincent is truly incredible! He educated us the entire tour. The canal history and construction is truly mind-blowing. I'm still processing the information along with the experience. Breathtaking views. Being inside the Panama Canal locks was amazing. The whole process is a site to see. Lunch was delicious. For any vegans planning to book this experience...the vegan food options were filling and very good (rice, salad, plantains and sauteed vegetables). Everything was seasoned to a T! The bus driver was excellent.

A memorable experience

I had an amazing time! The crew members were so friendly and very interactive. The games were fun and educational. The line dancing was fun and hilarious. The food was good. The drinks were endless. The other travelers were all very nice! Everyone was just having a grand time. I would absolutely recommend this! Lastly, I forgot my sunglasses and one of the crew members searched for some and let me borrow them! I was so appreciative!

magic experience

It was a truly magical experience! At first, I was worried because I thought the rain was going to ruin the trip, but fortunately the weather got much better just in time. Still the best; you won’t regret

Be prepared for 4 hours of fun. The DJs did replay songs (unknowingly) at different spots which was a little annoying but this is the perfect way to experience old city nightlife without waiting in line for ages for entrance and drinks. The team is well coordinated and helpful each step of the way. Bring your energy and have the best time.
