Absolutely incredible experience! We booked just the balloon flight but decided to join the breakfast in a cafe portion too and it was great. Carlos is a great guide and if we could do it over again we would have booked the entire package - getting an Uber was very, very difficult at 4:30AM.

I did the shuttle service...

I did the shuttle service and it was super punctual! there are free lockers once you get to the site so feel free to bring a bag or something. they say you can't bring professional cameras on the balloon but they let me bring on my small dslr so i think that depends on who you are. if you are over the weight limit, i believe you are charged by however much you are over the weight so be mindful of that!

Unique experience

This is the one of the most unique experiences I have ever done. The hot air balloon flight is definitely the highlight and worth getting up early. While the experience itself was great, it could be time managed better. We had a lot of waiting moments which made it longer than needed.

The highlight of my trip

The day was awesome. The balloons are once in a life time. Our driver Pablo was on time and drove us safely home through a crazy rain storm. Jessica took care of us all day. The photos and videos were awesome. Diego was an amazing guide for the pyramids. 10/10 highly recommend.

Bucket list item - check!

A full day experience. It's tiring, but worth it. Very well organized and a lot of fun. A few things to note that I wish I knew before. - The balloons are huge, and there are more than 20 people on the ride. Your group is placed in small sections of 4-5 adults in each. There's not much room to move around. - The vans are a little old and very bumpy, especially in the back. If you get car sick, be careful. - The "bread and coffee" before the balloon ride - it was muffins (with NUTS), cookies, and sweet coffee. FYI, in case you have to watch your sugar intake or have food allergies. - It's cool/cold in the morning, especially while waiting for the balloon to fill up. While in the balloon, it's windy, but the heat from the fire is also hot. It gets very warm during the late morning pyramid hike. LAYER your clothing, and bring a hat/sunscreen for the second part of the excursion. You can leave your items in the van at each stop. Note, you're not allowed to bring anything on the balloon, even a small purse. - The breakfast at the cave is beautiful and delicious (chilaquiles or omelets). They have vegetarian and vegan options, too. Just ask. - During the market/mezcal tasting. If you like the Obsidian stone items, purchase them there. I thought I could find it back in CDMX, but I couldn't find it easily in the city.

Beautiful and well organized

This was an amazing tour from start to finish. It is well organized and the staff are professional. We were told what kind of car would be picking us up and they remained in contact regarding arrival. Important note, it is cold in the morning while you wait to board the hot air balloon so bring a jacket or wear layers. I would check the weather for cloudiness because if it is too cloudy they reschedule due to weather, but they were very accommodating with that. The views, the food, the pyramids, and the extra little stop for tequila/liquor tastings was all such a wonderful time. I highly recommend this experience and this company!

Allen & Leo were amazing. We felt safe the entire time Leo drove. Allen was very friendly. He smiled and answered questions throughout our time with him. The balloon ride was stunning! The ride was smooth and we took beautiful shots ourselves, and the video/picture package was absolutely worth it! Breakfast at the cave was yummy. I opted for the mushroom and cheese omelet. We had Mexican coffee and sorrel drink. The stop at the local space was cute. Learned about obsidian and various minerals and had a few tasting. The pyramids tour was educational. Remember to bring your sunblock, hat, & water! The stairs are high and steep if you choose to climb/descend. Our guide was knowledgeable Will recommend this tour especially with Allen & Leo as our guides!

It is very early in the...

It is very early in the morning but worth it. Fantastic experience, very friendly staff, thought I was going to be nervous but didn’t feel it at all. It was a bit foggy so we had to wait an extra half an hour before going up. Didn’t see much of the ground but the view of all the other balloons around was a beautiful sight.

We drove to the We Fly office as we only had time for the hot air balloon ride. Check in was seamless and didn’t require our passports, however accessing a locker to store our bags required a drivers licence. There’s a gift shop with hoodies and beanies in case you’re cold (although they are quite expensive). The balloon ride itself was amazing and we had a beautiful sunrise. It wasn’t too cold in the air, particularly given the heat from the balloon. The pilot seemed experienced, but spoke only Spanish (despite asking us if we preferred he speak English as well). We had a glass of apricot wine after landing. We purchased one of the frames from the drone footage for ~$70 aud - pricey but it was great footage. Everything was well run and very professional. We felt safe throughout the entire experience.
