Highly Recommend - Some good things to know though

A lot of fun for everyone. Instruction is a little quick but you get the hang of it. My only recommendation is that they reduce the price of the photos. With everyone having cell phones now, they'd sell more packages at more affordable prices, other than that, we loved everything Heads up, if you're looking forward to hanging out in the water, don't order food, you won't have time to eat and be in the water on this one. Guides were great though.

Must do!!

Wow! Definitely a must do in Puerto Vallarta. This experience blew us away. The ride up to the hot springs was fun & informative. The hot springs were beautiful and so peaceful! It was an amazing time to reconnect with nature and spend quality time together. The meal was amazing, fresh veggies & fruit with yummy grilled meat. AND that’s not it. A great massage with the calming waves in the background. I highly recommend this experience to anyone in PV! And the best tour guide! So fun and friendly, this excursion made our trip!

Alma was great, dinner fantastic, David our MC on boat 16 was best

The experience made for a great evening. Ticketing process, easy; seating on the catamaran, easy; booze available, too easy. The crew and music were good; Boat 16 with "David" the MC was super, super fun. The short jungle jaunt to the open-air outdoor theater was easy. The Alma show was incredible and highly entertaining, though we'd gone to Cirque du Soleil a couple of days earlier. The after-show dinner is worth the wait and has delicious food. In a romantic, candlelit, oceanfront jungle setting. The boat ride back to the port with David and his crew was a high point and an unexpected, pleasurable surprise because of their ????? (don't want to spoil the secret). The whole night was a runaway hit! Port fees and $20 per person access fees are extra. Take mosquito spray, a light jacket or umbrella just in case, and if you can afford it, buy the VIP or GOLD package. You won't regret it.

Excellent communication- smooth & easy

Everything was excellent from the communication before the pick up to when we arrived at the airport to our destination. Alan was fabulous & had cold beer waiting for us. The drive to our hotel was smooth & easy. I arranged round trip transportation & it was just as easy getting picked up at our hotel (he checked in with me 2 days prior) and getting to the airport. I will definitely use them again & will definitely recommend.

Fun party boat, snorkel lite!

Totally my bad for not taking the description literally. I expected this to be a snorkel heavy adventure. It is a booze cruise...but a well planned, fun one. I never would pick a booze cruise activity on purpose but it was a fun accident. There was only one brief snorkel time in the whole 5 hours. It was okay, not for experienced snorkelers or divers, more for people who want to try it out and have a fun morning on a boat. The tour guide had razzle dazzle and was very fun. The whole crew was very nice and polite. The lunch was fantastic, the drinks were excellent. I ain't never been on a yacht before, so that alone was fun and silly. You'll definitely have a good time!

Good experience on water

Effrum was extremely cooperative and made the experience fun and enjoyable by playing oldies music and taking us out on the water. As a non-swimmer, I was initially a little apprehensive, but he helped me tremendously and made me feel comfortable while wading through the water. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Effrum to anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable time on the water.

10/10 would do it again!!!

10/10 would do it again. The description doesn't fully capture the entire trip. You think you know what you are getting into but there is a surprise behind every corner. Lancer, Pina, Luis, and Marlon where our guides for the tour and Felix was our excellent Capitan that got us across the bay.

The best ATV adventure! The ATV tour was incredible and super fun from start to finish! The route was exciting, the views were beautiful, and the ATVs were in great condition. The entire guide team was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had the best time while always prioritizing our safety. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!"

Amazing show

The show was fantastic. Highly recommend. I was really surprised and disappointed that we booked 7 tickets as a group and then when we showed up they were in two distant groups of 4 and 3. Fortunately the people at the event helped us- but it makes me question whether I would book through Viator ever again.

Amazing family beach excursion

Vegan families - this one is for you! We saw whales and dolphins on the boat… when we arrived at las caletas there were tacos with black beans and veggies. Tons of beach spots to chill on hammocks and nooks. For lunch a great salad with nuts and veggies, more refried black beans and chips. Lots of bars everywhere, I recommend the strawberry margarita, best I’ve had in Mexico. They don’t provide towels but you don’t really need one because there’s lots of seating available. Towel would just be a nice to have as a bonus. My only complaint is the photographer. We just liked 1 of the photos and wanted to just buy 1 digital photo that could be emailed to us. She refused and said we must buy the whole package or nothing… why not make some money instead of $0? That was a temporary bummer feeling, but the rest of the staff was great. Recommend just taking your own photos because they wouldn’t sell individual ones.
