This was my first time doing a hot air balloon ride, and it was absolutely amazing and breathtaking! Flying over the pyramids at sunrise was an unforgettable experience – the views were stunning, with the sun rising and lighting up the ancient structures below. It felt magical and surreal.
Our guide, Raol (I hope I spelled his name correctly!), was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and super accommodating. He did his best to make this one of my best experiences in Mexico – from explaining things along the way to ensuring everyone felt comfortable and safe.
If you're in Mexico City and want a truly unique adventure, this is a must-do. 5 stars all the way! 🎈🌅

This was truly one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had, and the entire package was absolutely worth every penny. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized, and the staff made us feel completely taken care of throughout the day.
The hot air balloon ride over the pyramids was breathtaking and something I will never forget. The breakfast in the natural cave was such a unique and memorable addition, and the transportation from Mexico City was comfortable and seamless.
I especially want to thank our driver, Andrés, who provided outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive to everyone in the group. He also shared great recommendations and made sure we were comfortable at all times. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.
This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with any tour company. They truly know how to make their guests feel valued and cared for.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that exceeded all my expectations!

Opted for the Balloon Ride Only, fantastic experience wonderfully friendly staff. Made our way via Uber which was simple with location provided through Viator app day before. No traffic.
Kids 14-16 had a wonderful time. Total flight lasted about 35 min, 16 people in the basket, started low, went super high and then low and slow skimmed by the ruins. Our pilot was amazing, very skilled. Had no idea they had such control over the Balloon. Wonderful views, perfect day for flight.

Absolutely incredible experience! We booked just the balloon flight but decided to join the breakfast in a cafe portion too and it was great. Carlos is a great guide and if we could do it over again we would have booked the entire package - getting an Uber was very, very difficult at 4:30AM.

Guide was really good as well as the driver.
The only small issue we had was that we didn't know that they pick you up at your hotel, but drop you off at a different location. Again, we just didn't realize it was a thing that could happen so we assumed we were going to be dropped off where we were pick up. Now we know, we will always check ahead of booking in the future.
* Driver finally helped us out and did bring us to our hotel.

This experience is extremely well planned. 6 of us joined from Roma Norte in Mexico, we got pick up from Airbnb. Our ride to hot air balloon was very smooth, drive felt really safe.
We were greeted by Raul at the spot, our hot air balloon ride started right on time. It was breathtaking. Breakfast was average but the overall breakfast in cave was worth it.
They also took us to a market place which can be skiped but it doesn’t take too long.
We were taken at pyramids of teotihuacan, we climbed one of the pyramids.
We were back to Roma by 2.30pm

This trip exceeded expectations. Flying up in a balloon with many others was spectacular. It felt magical flying over the pyramids and then walking to them following breakfast in the volcano cave.
The trip is very well organised.
The breakfast was delicious.
The tequila & mezcal tasting was very informative.
We were really glad we did it.
Our host for the whole experience was called Carlos. He was very charasmatic and knew a lot of information.

Great trip. Pick up was on time. Had a drive out to location. Arrived early enough to see the glow up of the balloons. The was a professional photographer on site that had us pose for pictures and someone else to fly a drone to capture us. We went up right near sunrise which made for amazing view/ pictures and the flight over the ruins. WOW. From there we went to breakfast, inside the CAVE was cool, breakfast itself, ehh. Afterwards we were taken to a Pulque/Mezcal tasting, that seems most of the tour was unaware it was happening. Then the time at the ruins. I specifically chose THIS tour because it showed the longest time ("up to 2 hours") vs the other tours of 60-90 min at the ruins. Sadly after the alcohol tasting the guide was asking the group if they wanted to go to ruins since that was optional and most of the group decided that 1 hr was plenty of time. I felt I got jipped out of the 2nd hour of the time. On the ground the temples are further apart than they seem in the air. You have time to rush over to climb temple of the moon and run by the backside of the temple of the sun to take a few pics and back in the transport.

All I can say is that it is absolutely worth it. Dress warmly for the early morning but when the sun comes up it’s absolutely amazing.

Im afraid of heights but this was such a smooth gradual upward movement with so much to see . Before I knew it we were airborne and it was peaceful and a breathtaking experience. Definitely bucket list. Landing was so much a glide and no jarring feeling. It was great!! Highly recommended
