Great day out

Our driver and guide Amin was great, the walk was not quite what we expected (very rocky and steep!) but the local guide made sure we managed and even held onto our belongings which made it much easier. Once at the waterfall it was lovely and we stopped for a quick drink. Lunch by the river was lovely, good service, lots of choice and delicious. Nice tour through the Berber village and shops with talks of how things were made. Highly recommend for a quieter day away from the Marrakesh madness!

The Atlas Mountains tour...

The Atlas Mountains tour was an incredible experience and one of the highlights of our time in Morocco. The scenery was beautiful, the Berber villages were fascinating, and everything was very well organized. A special thank you to our guide, Mohammad (“Momo”), who was truly excellent. He was genuine, kind, and clearly passionate about what he does. He didn’t just want guests to have a good experience — he wanted us to leave with a real understanding of the culture, people, and history of the region. You can tell he truly cares about creating an engaging and meaningful experience for everyone on the tour. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Momo as your guide.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was easy and well organized — booking, communication, and pickup were all seamless and stress-free. Aziz, our driver and tour guide was kind, knowledgeable, and engaging, which made the early morning experience even more enjoyable. The hot air balloon ride at sunrise was absolutely beautiful: exciting, peaceful, and unforgettable all at once. Watching the landscape from above as the sun came up was truly special. After the ride, the breakfast was a light but perfect way to end the morning, and the fresh fruit was especially delicious. Transportation to and from the site was also very comfortable. I highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for a memorable and well-organized excursion.

An unforgettable...

An unforgettable experience from Marrakech to the Merzouga dunes. Charaf was an amazing guide who shared so much knowledge and made the trip enjoyable every step of the way, from teaching us words and phrases along the journey to singing along with Berber music during the drive. Outran was a fantastic driver who kept us safe and comfortable throughout the long journey. The trip truly exceeded expectations because of the care and effort they both put into making sure everyone had a great experience. The landscapes were beautiful, the camp was amazing, and the whole tour felt authentic, welcoming, and full of great memories. Thank you both for such a memorable adventure across Morocco. If I come back again, I would absolutely book with them again and will definitely recommend this experience to others visiting Morocco.

Karaoke in the desert...

We did camel riding and quad biking before a delicious dinner of chicken tajine, couscous, soup, cake and mint tea. There was then an amazing fire show! The spontaneous car karaoke on the way back topped it off! We were looked after the whole time and made sure that we had a great experience! Thanks to Abdellatif for a great evening!

Hot Air Balloon - amazing experience

We had a great experience. Our driver picked us up and we had tea or coffee on arrival at the site. The balloons look so beautiful floating around. Our pilot made us feel very safe. He was informative and funny too. The flight was so serene, a really magical experience. The Berber breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of food. After breakfast our driver dropped us back to our Riad. I would highly recommend this experience with Palms Ballooning.

All-round unforgettable experience

The driver, the hot air balloon pilot and other helping staff were very friendly and honestly made the whole atmosphere 10 times better. The experience is suitable for people with fear of heights as well(like we are) since the balloon moves very slowly, basket is very sturdy and the whole ride is very pieceful. We definitely recommend this experience especially with this company since everyone was very friendly.

This was a great tour. Our tour guide Mohammed was knowledgeable and helpful. Our group was small and quite nice. I recommend pinning any shops you wish to revisit on Google Maps. The souk is quite the maze. The guide definitely stops at partner vendors but that’s okay. I appreciated the vendors and purchased many items. The meeting place has many different groups and can be a bit chaotic. Don’t worry. Your guide will track you down.

Fun camel/quad combo and dinner

This is a half day tour, and that means going to the very start of the desert with power poles on 3 sides and buildings behind you. Know and accept that, and you're in for an inexpensive and super fun experience. Every on-site staffer is very friendly and helpful and the camels (technically dromedaries) appear healthy and well taken care of. The quad ride is fun and the dinner is quite delicious, followed by a traditional music performance and everybody getting up to dance. Sadly we had no visible sunset, but we highly recommend the tour.

First class from start to finish. Great communication. Received WhatsApp message day before flight telling where to get pickup and time Driver on morning sent message to confirm pickup and picture of van and reg of vehicle. Everyone was so kind and professional and breakfast was also good. Balloon flight was fantastic and would highly recommended it to anyone.
