What are people saying about Lima

Worth it
Sergio was a great guide. Spoke proper English and Spanish. It was a very long day. We saw tons of different birds and sea wolf's (lions). Unfortunately, there was only two penguins to be seen. It was very sad. The boat captain said that they are having trouble finding food. Eventually there probably won't be any left in Peru due to el nino. The sand buggy portion was overall good. But I am a scary cat, so I was a little bit scared. I did not sandboard, but my husband did, and unfortunately, he face planted! Make sure you bring a scarf to cover your face cause you will get sand everywhere on you. They do sell them outside of the event by little vendors, for 5 soles which in american money is $1.50 approx. The bus did pick us up at 530am and we were dropped off at 1130pm.

First experience
Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide Juancho has incredible qualities with the ability to move large crowds, transmit beautiful energy, empathy for making us all feel comfortable despite the difficulties that arose along the way, this being my first time doing something like this, I fell in love with the experience, and without a doubt with the great guide I had, I would choose to do it again, thank you very much Juancho for making this trip something very beautiful to remember, 100% recommended.

Great experience
The tour started off badly, because we could not visit the National Park due to a sandstorm. Luckily we had Miguel as a guide, with whom we did several parts of the trip and they were always fun and interesting. Our son recommended Peru Hop to us and we discovered that Miguel had also been his guide and the reason he had enjoyed his tour. The company does a good job, but the work of the guides makes the trip memorable or just a transfer. I want to especially congratulate Miguel and Moni who accompanied us at all times. Miguel always had solutions to the problems that arose and a cheerful and positive attitude. Greetings and thank you.

Caral is fascinating. Don't hesitate, book now.
Start to finish, our tour guide José and driver Antonio delivered. Exceptional service, friendly and knowledgeable. Caral was worth the effort for us. Around 120 miles from our hotel pickup location, it was a long day. Napped a bit on the way there and back, so arrive ready for dinner in good form.

Lima’s central location in Peru makes it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding landscapes, comprising rugged coastlines, desert dunes, and snow-capped peaks. Lima day trips save you hours of planning by taking care of tickets, tours, and transport, so you can sit back and soak up the scenery rather than navigating public transport and struggling with a different language. Within day-tripping distance of the capital, you’ll find mystical stone forests, an acid-green desert oasis, and Pacific Ocean islands inhabited by sea lions.
