What an incredible day with Hiroshi! He made our time in Hiroshima and Miyajima so meaningful and memorable. His warmth, knowledge, and passion for his beautiful city, history, and culture made the experience truly special. Our family talked about the day all night and again the next morning! Amazing Mount Fuji Day Trip — Highly Recommended! 🇯🇵🗻 We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Mount Fuji day tour, and a big part of it was thanks to our amazing driver and tour guide, Rana. Rana picked us up right on time at 6:00 AM from our location, and we immediately headed towards Mount Fuji. The car was very neat, clean, and comfortable. On the way, we made a short stop at a Japanese service area where we enjoyed breakfast, coffee, and a little break before continuing our journey. Our first major stop was Mount Fuji 5th Station, located approximately 2,300 meters above sea level. There were quite a lot of clouds that day, but the atmosphere and surroundings were absolutely beautiful. We also visited the Shinto shrine there, which was a wonderful experience. Luckily, for a few minutes, the clouds cleared and we got an amazing view of Mount Fuji — it was truly a memorable moment! After that, we headed down towards Lake Kawaguchi and visited Oishi Park, where the lake and the beautiful surroundings created a breathtaking view. We had so much fun there, especially trying the amazing ice cream flavors, including lavender, rose, blue rose, blueberry, and other unique flavors. Everything was delicious! Our next stop was Oshino Hakkai Village, where we explored the beautiful ponds, traditional old houses, souvenir shops, and local surroundings. We spent around one to one and a half hours there and also enjoyed a delicious lunch. Overall, we had an incredible day from start to finish. The whole tour was well organized, comfortable, enjoyable, and full of beautiful experiences. And a special thanks to Rana, our driver and tour guide. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and made our entire journey even more enjoyable. Yoshi, our guide, was extremely professional, prepared, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us navigate between the must-see Kyoto sites effortlessly using bus, train, tram, taxi, and uber. He knew just where to capture pictures away from the crowds and where to stop to take in key historical details of the sites we visited. We were able to see so many more places and learn so much more with him by our side. We even got to choose amongst three options for our final site of the day so the tour felt more customized. He also made our whole family feel very welcome and answered at least 100 questions of all sorts from our 13 year old son. Would highly recommend for any first-time visitor to Kyoto.

Mitch was great! He planned a wonderful day easily adapted on the fly as we spent more time shopping in Harajuku than expected. He made the day seamless with our driver and communicated effortlessly with us and vendors throughout the day. Thank you Mitch for an unforgettable experience.

Yuka was a lovely and knowledgeable guide who took great care of us on our recent one day trip to beautiful Kyoto. She met us coming off the Shinkansen and gave us options about how to spend the day wisely. We are so thankful for her thoughtful insights into Japanese traditions and culture, highly recommend doing a guided tour with her as it was very memorable.

We had a lovely morning walk with Michi. He had a great English, was at our meeting point before the planned time, he explained in such a delicate way the story behind the temples, buildings and streets of our tour. He was lovely towards our children and pleased us when we wanted to stop at a shop, eat/ drink smtng or even go to see a statue that was «not planned ». We had an awesome tour today with John as our guide. He gave us a ton of useful information throughout the day and even indulged us when we decided to change the original itinerary and spend 2 hours shopping in Ginza. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an excellent day tour of Tokyo.

Great way to spend a day with a family without having to figure things out on your own. we scheduled it for our first full day in Tokyo so it was a great way to knock out the big items and get familiar with the area. Our tour guide Yuki was so incredible. She was kind and patient, especially with our kids ages 12 and 8. Highly recommend and ask for Yuki!
