Wonderful day in Val d’Orcia
We has a wonderful day with Mauritzio! We visited Montepulciano and climbed the tower for spectacular views. Then an amazing little winery for a 7 course meal with pairings. Wine so amazing, we shipped some home. It’s a small family-run operation. Then on to Pienza. When Mauritzio asked us what we knew about the Val d’Orcia, we told him from the Movie Gladiator. So after Pienza, he took us there! Cannot say enough about this day.

It was a great experience...
It was a great experience as we can explore some best parts of Tuscany and Val D’Orcia in a day. Suitable for travelers that do not have lot of time. The tour can be customized, and the driver took us to San Giminagno even though it was not part of the initial schedule.

A++++ Tour
Completely very satisfied with this tour and our guide, Placedo, was amazing. Very informative and went above and beyond to customize our tour with a wine with lunch pairing he set up at Poggio Rubino. Everything so awesome from the people we met, the food we ate and the wine, over the top. Highly recommend this tour as it’s in the quieter regions of Tuscany.

It was a full day but we...
It was a full day but we were very happy with the trip. Bus driver made an extra stop for us as well! Tour guide was knowledgeable and made sure to provide multiple ways to contact should we get split from the group.
