Fantastic food tour!

Robert was a fantastic tour guide Not only did he know his food but his history as well. We started off with a trip to a local chocolate shop, then a trip to a market place to sample meats. We walked through the old city took our next stop of cheese fondue. We learned history as we walked. We ended with delicious dessert.

Great tour and guide Gabriel. The ride was scenic. The town was charming. The tour guide provided interesting facts. Just the right amount of time. Only suggestion is to share bathroom locations to travelers. We did not see any available water closets in Annecy.

A Perfect Welcome to Geneva

Our guide, Agatha, was delightful and made sure that we had a wonderful time sampling some of Geneva's specialties. She was friendly and welcoming, and even offered to take photos for us, helping us capture memories of the fun day. She answered any questions we had and went out of her way to be helpful. I especially enjoyed our tasting stops on the tour. Each one was high quality and authentic, with purveyors proud of their product and happy to share insights in their craft, be it olive oil, cheese making, or chocolate. I especially enjoyed our cheese stop, as the owner was also the artisan behind the gouda we sampled. He shared photos of his cheese cave and production, discussed pairing of wines with us, and let us try some of his special "garlic of the bear" cheese. The chocolatier was also an impressive stop; not only was each piece a work of visual/edible art, the company is female-owned and the product is ethically sourced. We enjoyed the companionable atmosphere of the tour. It was the right length and easy to walk - a great welcome to Geneva!

If you want to truly understand the heart of this city, you have to book this private tour! It was the absolute highlight of my weekend getaway. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down the rich history of Geneva and the profound global significance of the UN in a way that made for a truly unique and engaging experience. Getting all this historical context set against such a beautiful backdrop made me completely fall in love with the city.
