Top Crete Snorkeling

A very nice day tour with Gregoris and his colleague Sakis. Very friendly, funny, and perfectly organized. The visited spots and the food were very good, and one never had the feeling of being "processed" like a tourist. We will certainly see each other again on another tour on Crete.

We learned and experienced an incredible amount: We learned about wild herbs along the roadside, tasted fresh pomegranates, and were shown how to cook traditional Greek food. The subsequent meal was simply super delicious! For families with children, this tour is a mega experience and absolutely recommended. Samaria gorge was closed so the tour company took us to Imbros gorge instead. It is about a 5.5 mile hike instead of a > 10 mile hike. The hike was very rocky and downhill so you must watch every step but it was beautiful and we really enjoyed it. Our guide, Carolina, was very kind and helpful. After the hike, we went to a small beach town on the Libyan Sea where you could eat/drink, swim, or climb up to St. Adonis cave. I highly recommend this trip.
