Ricardo was a knowledgeable and respectful guide. We had two coffee tours, one at the beginning of tour at the plantation and one at the end of the trip which was how coffee beans are roasted. In all honesty, I was extremely bored of the last tour and just went to the restaurant to hang out with the staff. We were lucky to have seen Poas considering it was during the winter/rainy season. Ricardo was attentive and always offered to take pictures of us, which I was very grateful for. La Paz waterfall was also a great stop walking behind the waterfall was a great experience. The lunch stop was also great! I like how we were given two traditional options as opposed to an extensive menu. The food was delicious. Overall, I loved it and highly recommended it.

It is a day packed full of fun! Rene our guide was incredible and so kind. He was always looking out for us and giving us guidance along the way. He made sure we didn’t miss any of the incredible animal sightings along the way, pointing out the monkeys and the toucans that he found for us. Best day in Costa Rica! Highly recommend! If you get Rene as your guide, you will have the best day!!!

This was an excellent tour. The guide was great and gave a fantastic explanation of the history and culture of Costa Rica. We also made empanadas and tasted some local foods. We ended the day at Mr. Sloths coffee shop. I would recommend this tour for people of all ages. Thank you for a great day!!!

I had an amazing experience on this excursion! The guides are excellent - kind, welcoming, informative, and engaging. Every part of the trip was smooth from pick up to drop off. I had an excellent day tour! Raquel is an amazing guide, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire day, and her English is excellent. I asked countless questions about the volcano, the wildlife, and the history of Costa Rica, and she always had thoughtful, informative answers. Her passion for her country really made the experience even more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend touring to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

Our guide, Anderson, was very knowledgeable, polite, and very patient and helpful. We had an issue with the park tickets and he helped us get logged in to take care of things. He identified a number of animals and plants and also helped with taking photos of them.

If you are being picked up in San Jose for this tour adventure, expect a long ride. But it is well worth it. Our driver and tour guide were amazing, The tour guide keep us entertained with information about Costa Rica as we made several stops during our journey. Once we got to our destination, our planned activities were all very enjoyable. Please take this tour. You will enjoy it. The lunch and were also very good. Our driver and tour guide were amazing.

The entire process was flawless. Hotel pickup was on time, the tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our tour included a Costa Rican style meal, which was very good.
