It’s a full day of...
It’s a full day of travelling but it’s all going to be worth it. Filip was prompt in picking me up from my hotel, was very courteous and friendly. He navigated the roads well while giving us information and factoids about our journey. At our stops, he provided historical background on the places we’re visiting, and gave us clear instructions on when and where to meet. He even gave us local treats. It was overall an amazing trip and I’d definitely recommend it. If you get Filip, even better!

So much more than a Food Tour
Although predominately this tour was about local food, it was much more than that. Not only did we find out about local delicacies but we learnt how, when and why they are eaten. This tour takes you into the back streets of Budapest, away from the tourists so you get a real feel of what it might be like to live in this fantastic city. Thank you Nick for a brilliant tour.

Best way to experience real Hungarian food and wine!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a fantastic way to experience Budapest! Our Culinary and Wine Walk was one of the highlights of our visit. Anna was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Hungarian food, wine, and culture.
We started by tasting local specialties and treats at the Central Market Hall, then continued through different areas of the city, sampling more Hungarian favorites along the way. Anna did a wonderful job explaining the history and traditions behind everything we tried, which made the experience much more than just a food tour.
The perfect ending was a tasting of Hungarian wines, followed by coffee and delicious desserts. Great food, great wine, and a wonderful introduction to Budapest.
Highly recommend this tour, and especially Anna!

Fun day out
Amazing morning spent with our guide, John. We saw all the highlights of the city while cruising around in an open-air jeep, soaking up the sunshine along the way. There were amazing views, plenty of sunshine, and even a snack along the way.
A jeep is far superior to a bus—we covered so much more than we could have on foot, without feeling like we were stuck in traffic or confined to a seat. Penny for penny, this was a fantastic way to spend the day.

Best idea ever!
We had walked for hours several days in a row. This was a pleasure to have a day off our feet. We had a wonderful guide/driver MARTIN.. MARTIN took us all over Budapest. We would’ve never seen all the sites we got to see in the three hours of that tour. It was Great! I believe MARTIN made it an even better experience for us with his professionalism, kind, calm and caring demeanor. MARTIN was able to maneuver that TUK TUK with precision. We want to Thank Tuk Tuk and mostly MARTIN for making this a memorable experience for us.! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Budapest. This would be great for people that can’t walk all day, they would have the luxury of seeing a lot of Budapest even more than they’re walking friends. Either way if I come back to Budapest. I will definitely do a TUK TUK tour again, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting.. it’s fun!

Outstanding 8-Hour Budapest Tour with Gergely Szabó
We had a fantastic 8-hour sightseeing tour of Budapest on August 10, 2026, and our guide, Gergely Szabó, made the experience truly exceptional.
Gergely has an impressive knowledge of Budapest’s history as well as the broader history of Hungary and the region. Throughout the day, he brought the city’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and historical events to life with fascinating stories, context, and details. His explanations helped us understand not only what we were seeing, but also the historical and cultural significance behind it.
Despite being a full 8-hour tour, the day was engaging, enjoyable, and very well paced. Gergely was professional, personable, patient, and clearly passionate about sharing his knowledge.
We came away with a much deeper appreciation of Budapest and its remarkable history. We highly recommend Gergely Szabó to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and engaging guide in Budapest. A truly memorable experience and one of the highlights of our visit!

private tour covering all the main sites with guide providing masses of information about the history and meaning behind everything we saw. Zoli was happy to go at our pace and in as much detail as we wanted and really made the morning an enjoyable and worthwhile experience

Great tour- recommend
Suzanne was great! On time to start and even made a little adjustment to show us some things not on the tour.
She was knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on how to navigate the city if we wanted to revisit any of the places.
Enjoyed the lunch, the sponge cake was delicious.
The boat tour was relaxing.
Thanks again! (Despite a grumpy member of our group)

We had a private luxury...
We had a private luxury sightseeing tour in Budapest and visited Szentendre, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
Our guide, Christine Teplan, was fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made everything feel easy and personalized. You can tell she really knows the history and the area, but she explains it in a way that’s interesting, not overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend her.
Our driver, Laszlo, was also great — very professional and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.
Szentendre itself was charming and a perfect escape from the city — beautiful streets, relaxed atmosphere, and great places to walk, eat, and explore.
Overall, it was a seamless, well-run experience and I’d absolutely recommend it.

We really enjoyed this...
We really enjoyed this tour and especially our guide, Anna, who is extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Anna explained the communist past of both the city and the country in a very clear, thoughtful, and neutral way, focusing on historical context rather than pushing any bias, but added lots of personal and family stories from the era. The tour ended at the Retro Museum, which added a great touch and helped bring everyday life under communism to life. It was a very good introduction to Budapest and its history, and we’d highly recommend it, especially early in your stay.

Great service
Andrea contacted me before the day we travelled with full details of pick up and the picture of the car in readiness for pick up.
Upon arrival due to the new regulations at the airport we were delayed for over an hour and half so I updated her throughout. To be fair to her she stayed and waited keeping in touch all of the time. Other drivers in the past have cancelled so thank you. Andrea was really professional and efficient and I would definitely recommend the service.
Thanks Andi xx
