Perfect Experience. Highly Recommend

Had Rareş as the tour guide and it was a fantastic experience. He was really knowledgeable about the myths and I really felt immersed in the Romanian folklore. He would ask at the end of each stop if we had any questions, but I couldn’t even think of any because the way that he would tell stories were so expressive and really drew me in where I couldn’t really think of anything on the spot. I’m a solo traveler and I highly recommend this experience for anyone traveling to Bucharest, this is a must.

Awesome way to see the sights of Bucharest!

We really wonderful time touring with Alin! He was able to stop at places buses aren’t able to. And the weather was perfect to be in a tuk tuk. Alin gave aid a great tour of the “must see” places and some out of the way places with great commentary. We learned a lot about Bucharest and Romania.

This was simply an amazing experience. I was the only one on this tour and it was one of the highlights of my Bucharest visit. I was generous quantities of wine and the charcuterie board. Beautiful March day in Romania! My husband and I booked a private tour. Our guide, Radu, was great - knowledgeable about the area, history and interesting facts. He was very patient with me as I get car sick and the winding roads were a bit of a challenge for me! Peles castle was lovely with amazing architecture and the amazing backdrop of the Carpathian Mountains. We also toured the two abbeys down the mountain from it - super interesting! I purchased these tickets online. Bran Castle did not disappoint! We purchased tickets (we included the torture tour part but it’s optional) at the bottom of the hill before walking up to the castle. It has such history and - the stories! We had lunch and strolled around Brasov which has an Eastern European feel. So pretty! Go to the Black Church and ask about the statue of the boy! We had delicious gelato - Radu can show where is the best! It is definitely a full day as it is a good distance from Bucharest but totally worth it. Wear your walking shoes and take a water bottle! Thanks Radu for sharing your beautiful country with us - great day!

Best tour guide we've had in years!

Cristine was a wonderful guide. Besides being very knowledgeable, her clarity of speaking English made the tour much better for me, as I am very hearing impaired and have some difficulty walking distances. When the tour stopped she always did so where I could sit or lean. Very few guides we've met (hundreds over the years) have been so accomodating. She is a remarkable guide.

Great time had by all

Absolutely fantastic, the guides where brilliant so lovely and friendly . If you like a party and a good dance this is the pub crawl to do it in . Such a good atmosphere a great way to see the old town bars and meet new ppl who are traveling to . We went as a group of 5 girls all celebrating our big 40. The bars where great atmosphere was brilliant and the staff where lovely. Would definatley recommend , even if your travelling sold , as a couple or a group you will not be disappointed.

Very nice introduction to Bucharest

I really liked this tour. It is a great way to get to know the city especially in the front part of your stay here. You are driven around to many many of the sites ranging from seeing Gypsy people and the flower selling to Victory Square to the Presidents house (former communist leader) , etc. What I really liked was how flexible they were. The day was quite hot AND we had a tour for later in the week to walk Old Town. This, our guide decided to do more driving and less walking. Then, when a surprise rain storm hit he still drove around showing us Bucharest. This is a really nice tour
