What are people saying about Berlin

A somber day at Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp but the vibe lightened at Potsdam.
While it is disturbing (as it should be), the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp is really a must-see. It helps bring into focus how easy evil can penetrate our world. A stark reminder that this should never happen again. The Potsdam visit was a different vibe, kind of like coming up for air. It was all about the elegance and extravagance of royal power. Pete (our guide) was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and funny. He knows the material well and presents it for all to understand. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. McHale, our driver, was wonderful as well. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend it for everyone.

Easy day tour from Berlin
Katia was helpful and organized, herding about twenty people using public transportation on this tour. This is a fun little day tour away from Berlin, and we started at 10 am and got back around 4 pm. Fairly quick paced. A lot of walking, but mostly flat. Suitable for most fitness levels.

The tour guide was so...
The tour guide was so nice and waited for us after an issue. I would beware by the other scammers in the area trying to say you booked with them. He showed us all of the areas on the list, offered to take photos, gave us time to go through a specific shop. We were only in Berlin for the day and this was perfect to see all of items on my list. High recommend!

exploring berlin tour
We did the Exploring Berlin tour with our tour guide, Daniel. Daniel was an absolutely fantastic guide! He was so knowledgeable and threw in some extra stops and information. We learned about architecture, history and the people who made Berlin what it is. Would highly recommend!

Pat was an amazing tour...
Pat was an amazing tour guide.. this was probably the best city walking tour we have ever done. He had such incredible knowledge, stories to link history, arts and culture about Berlin. Highly recommend. He also projected really well and so wasn't a problem hearing him.

Good day at Sanssouci
Guide Jasmine was very informative. Tge entire group spoke English so it was easy in one language. Jasmine's English was very good so easy to understand. The time spend at tge palace was just enough. Any shorter and we would have missed info. The tour did move at a healthy pace. I enjoyed the tour and especially like how different Potsdam was to Berlin. Would recommend this tour.

Exceptional thanks Hannah x
Wow our guide Hannah was exceptional her studied knowledge of history combined with her own personal family journey came through in every word spoken and shared. I know there is so much more to learn but I came to Berlin to hear this part of history and Hannah left nothing unturned. Hannah is an asset to your company.

It was one of the best...
It was one of the best bike tours we ever did! The city of Berlin lent itself well for such a tour but the highlight was our tour guide Maggi. He was fantastic!!! So knowledgeable, articulate, kind. The staff was also very friendly and organized. We would highly recommend Fat Tire bike tours and had a great experience with Maggi as our tour guide.

Great WWII history lesson around Berlin
If you love your WWII history, this is a great walking tour around the key monuments of Germany during the Nazi rule without having to plan it yourself. Our knowledgeable guide Zviek was fantastic and clear, just make sure to take pics quickly at each landmark as he will move fast to the next. Also gave recommendations for Checkpoint Charlie and the topography of terror museum at the end (both free).

Campbell was our tour guide
Campbell was our tour guide and as a historian, he provided an in depth look at life in Berlin from the time of World War II, through the Cold War years, including the separation of East and West Berlin up until today. His knowledge really open our eyes to events that we, here in the United States have never had to experience, and hopefully never will! If you take this tour and are fortunate to have Campbell as your guide, you will have an amazing experience!

Perfect Berlin Combo: History and Beer Garden!
The tour with the beer garden lunch was fabulous! Our guide Maggi ( I think that’s right- super friendly young man from Iceland) was so patient and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and covered every single major site in Berlin in addition to some that were not expected. Loved the time we spent at beer garden for a rest, food and a beer! I can’t say enough about this tour and the information we learned in such a fun way.

Awesome! 🥶🧊
Everything you expect from an ice bar experience! The entry and 3 drinks all included in the price are great value for money imo. You get your jacket and gloves included, but my partner and I brought along a hat and scarf for ourselves as well as we are somewhat wusses when it comes to the cold 😂. Being in -12 degrees C for half a hour (Not managing to survive the full 1 hour slot) was very much welcomed as I was a little worse for wear throughout the day (not at all related to the night before). You can also have your photos taken with the many stunning ice sculptures in the bar and have a chance purchase this before you leave! Also a very reasonable price!

Not seeing something you are looking for?
There’s plenty in Berlin to keep you busy, from its history to its nightlife, street art and cuisine. On Berlin day trips, you escape that urban energy and discover the historical attractions and picturesque towns that lie beyond the city; explore the UNESCO-listed palaces and gardens at Potsdam, visit the Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum, or see Dresden’s baroque architecture and art collections. Many tours include round-trip transportation, expert guides, and skip-the-line access to attractions, so you can maximize your time outside the city, but return in time for dinner.
