Elephants are AMAZING!
This was an amazing adventure! I would highly recommend it. You get to feed the elephants and touch them. You learn so much about them. The sanctuary is an awesome place and they are well taken care of and loved! The entry fee you pay, goes toward taking care of the elephants!!

Mr. Tee is the best!
Uncle Tee (Mr. Tee, the tour guide) and Tee the driver were the BEST! Yes, they both have the same name. They’re both so knowledgeable, caring, funny, and just overall warm. They know the best eating spots and will make you feel like a local. I can not stress this enough: have a tour with Mr. Tee!!! He loves his craft and people. He’s also so uncle coded. I’m traveling solo so he took as many pictures of me as I wanted and lowkey I got the package of tour guide + photographer in one. Also, he has an overall interesting work history so ask him about that!

Local experience
Our guide Tuk is funny and giving us some history about the places, tips along the trip and treated us with local snacks, she is grewr. A lot of time spent on bus and train. The experience at the market was forgettable. The ride on the boat was fun but floating market was a tourist spots and intimidating. After the ride on boat that's nothing much to do. It's a personal preference to this tour. I booked it to find something to do. This will show you the life outside of Bangkok city.

Amazing experience and knowledgeable tour guide Maria!
The tour was very well organized, our tour guide Maria was very knowledgeable, we got lots of water throughout the tour and new fruits to try throughout the day. Loved both the train market and the railway market. Very well worth the money and timings worked really well and we never felt rushed!

Not seeing something you are looking for?

Whether you’re looking to explore the ruins of ancient temples or swim in the emerald green pools of a 7-tiered waterfall, Bangkok day trips let you escape the bustle of Thailand’s capital and see a different side of the country. You won’t have to spend hours of your vacation planning and organizing, either—day trips from Bangkok take care of transport and tickets, so you can sit back and soak up the scenery on the way to a floating market, coconut farm, national park, or World War II site.
