Mike was a high quality, fun, and knowledgeable guide!

Mike was clearly a cut above other guides, so I wasn't surprised that he is an accredited interpretive guide. He shared wonderful historical stories, stories about geology, and his clear enthusiasm as a local Calgarian for his community and the nature around him. Mike was thoughtful, funny, and warm, sharing coffee and maple cookies and his reflections as a local with his small group. A skillful group leader, he guided us through ice breakers and encouraged us to get to know each other, setting the stage for a warm and funny group experience. Mike even took great pictures of me, which my family appreciated! The quality of this experience was top notch.

Great sites - didn’t know it was very full van.

This trip was just what we needed to see the beautiful Banff National Park in a short period of time. All the stops were good. I’m really glad we did this as an outing following a work trip. The only surprise to me was that it was in a 15 passenger van with very little room for the personal things I brought with me (essentially warm clothes, umbrella, etc.) Somehow I missed the description of the bus as a van. It also meant that my travel companion and I did not sit together through the traveling since we were one of the last to board.

Anchit was exceptional

Anchit was beyond fabulous. He shared his knowledge and experiences and was ready to lend a hand. My wife and I have mobility issues, but Anchit made sure that we made it in and out of the van safely and advised us about which paths would be easier for us to take. Half Day Lake Louise and Marble Canyon Tour - Five Stars :)

Excellent and well-paced half-day tour to Lake Louise and Marble Canyon (Moraine Lake closes from Oct 12–June 1st). Our guide, Frank, was awesome — very thorough and gave us lots of great information about Banff and surrounding areas — we learned a lot! Plenty of time to see Lake Louise. We did the short but steep hike up to the lookout — amazing views but honestly our guide, Frank, was right about the lower trail to the left being better and more scenic for the time you have to explore. The trail along the lake offers more lake and dramatic mountain views whereas the hike up keeps you in the forest and then when you arrive at the lookout there's a very small platform with everyone wanting to get their perfect photo. Worth it but only if you have more time. The drive to Marble Canyon was also very scenic and it was a very easy trail to explore the beauty and dramatic rock of the canyon. We really enjoyed it! We'd definitely recommend this and decided to take this tour based on: it includes the park pass and parking fees which can be expensive and it allows you to look around at the beautiful landscape and scenery rather than driving! And you get to ask a local guide all the questions you have. Definitely recommended and thank you again for a great tour, Frank!

Beautiful Snowy Climb

The Banff Shuttle included with our tour vouchers was very easy to take from the Banff Train Station. We arrived early and we ended up being the only ones on it in early October. The Gondola area was not crowded and everyone working there were very helpful. The day was a little snowy but that added to the beauty of the mountains. Even though our views were a little compromised, we enjoyed some hot chocolate at the top and the firepits were a welcome touch. All in all, a great experience!

This experience was amazing! The staff from our shuttle bus drivers to the guide/driver taking us on the Columbia Icefield - this tour surpassed our expectations. The skywalk was also amazing as it gave you an insights on the various animals/creatures of the area and geology along with amazing views.
