Turned up for the tour as specified in the booking. The tour van did not show up. After phoning the tour operator they informed us that they had cancelled the tour due to insufficient bookings and were refunding us.
We planned our day around this tour and walked to the start location. The tour operator only informed us it was cancelled after we called them.

The tour was wonderful. Our guide, Regis, was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, respectful and personable. We all had a great time!!! We did a small group van tour which was also very easy and comfortable for everyone. The price was very reasonable for everything we got to see.

Great time! Driver was knowledgeable and friendly to the college student group. Our college group was from Connecticut and are all STEM majors. The historical sights were great to see and learn about. This was the first time being in DC for most of the students.

Our family was in town for a wedding so we didn’t have much time for site seeing. This tour was perfect for getting an overview of the important sites. Regis was our guide and knew so much. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has a French/African accent it was somewhat difficult to understand him but we would go with him again. The van was very clean and comfortable for the 11 of us.

Our guide Regis was amazing. He was a wealth of information. He is also an author and although he is not originally born in the US he knows more than most Americans about our country and the sights and history of DC. This is by far the best way to see the major monuments in DC without having to walk so far. He drives you right up to the locations so you can view and photograph everything to your hearts content. Plus he shares tons of info about all the places you are passing as well as those you stop at. We were surprised to find we were the only two on the tour. It was a very hot summer day so the water and snacks were appreciated and especially the air conditioned vehicle.

Guide/driver Regis was great.
Poor direction on our itinerary caused confusion.
We were at 50 Mass Ave at 0900 while he was at Union Station.
Two of our party had some difficulty walking so I jogged to find Regis and return to 50 Mass to retrieve my party. Poor start.

Regis was most personable. To be from France, and have a phenomenal grasp of American culture/history was admirable. My husband and I both have walking issues and Regis made sure to get us as close to each venue as possible so we would have minimal walking to the venue to get our photographs. We were the only two customers that day and to have he air conditioning and the time to talk with him about Washington one in one was even better. He took care to ensure we stay hydrated, had snacks available and always offered to stop for a restroom break. He paid special attention to cleanliness of the van and always assisted our getting in and out of the vehicle at stops. At the conclusion he also gave us tips on places to visit on our own and affordable restaurants.
Quite the gentleman, affordable tour with such a great experience.
