Excellent tour! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We walked around the factory to see all the various stages of the creation of glass to the designing of a piece. My children enjoyed the tour as it was fun, engaging, and hands on. Great value. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had the most incredible time yesterday on our tour with Wave Murano Glass! It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish.
Our guide, Tommaso, was fantastic—he was incredibly thorough and informative, striking the perfect balance between passion and expertise. He walked us through the entire, fascinating process of traditional Murano glass-making, from the raw materials and the intense heat of the furnace to the delicate techniques used by the masters.
What we particularly appreciated was learning about the detailed post-processing work that goes into every single piece. It gave us a whole new level of respect for the time, skill, and artistry involved in creating this beautiful, iconic glass.
If you're in Venice or on Murano, this is an essential stop. Not only do you get to witness history in the making, but you leave with a profound appreciation for this ancient craft. Thank you, Tommaso and Wave Murano Glass, for an unforgettable day! We highly recommend it!

This was a great tour. A guide led our small group through a working glass factory, explaining the process from start to finish, while we watched the workers in action just feet away. While the factory does allow you to observe the workers for free, it is from behind a barrier and without any explanation. The tour is well worth the money to hear the guide explain the process as it’s happening right before your eyes, and to also get up very close to the action. There is absolutely no sales pitch at the end of the tour (something I saw as a downside to other tours I researched). Highly recommend this tour! You will not be disappointed!

Visiting the Wave Glass Factory in Murano was nothing short of magical. Thanks to Tamasin’s incredible guidance (her interaction and engagement skills were amazing), We got a front-row seat to the mesmerizing process of glassmaking. Watching molten glass take shape into stunning sculptures was a true revelation, it’s a blend of precision, passion, and centuries-old craftsmanship. The whole experience gave me a deep appreciation for this art form I must say, showing just how much skill and dedication go into every piece. If you’re ever in Venice, don’t miss this! It’s more than a tour, it’s an inspiring journey into the heart of Murano’s glassmaking legacy.

The tour of the factory was great and Chiara took the time to really explain how things worked. While there was zero pressure to do so, we liked the craftsmanship so well, we bought several items for both ourselves and for gifts.

Thank you so much, Scott! Sharing your opinion will help us grow as a company :-)
Big hug from Chiara and the team!
