The boat arrived 20 minutes late with no clear communication or signage or staff there to let you know what was going on. Once the boat arrived we did have an hour tour with some commentary about the canals. Met expectations for price - crew was friendly and it was nice seeing some of the city from the water.

Best panoramic experience

Once onboard, it was a great experience. Very affordable price and complete value for money. Boat’s 2nd level had roof so it wa very comfortable even during high temprature. Only thing is it’s a bit messy during boarding - boat arrived 20 min late and there was no one at the pier to guide/suggest, had to call/run around to figure out where the boat is going to come and to not miss out. Everything else was great.

It was a good, short ride with the kids. It is was informative, while getting to see the South part of Venice. I didn't have any expectations, which made it a little more enjoyable. If you want a ride to see the different islands, this is not the ride for you. The staff were pleasant.

there was no tent or flag or uniform to identify the tour in this very busy dock. the tour itself was outside the interesting parts of venice. the young lady narrating the tour spoke very fast in a heavy accent which made it difficult to understand.
