We provide both pickup and drop off within all districts of Tokyo areas. -⚠️Tokyo International Cruise Terminal: If terminal vehicle access is unavailable due to parking restrictions, pickup/drop-off will be at the main road near the traffic light, approximately 200 meters from the terminal entrance. -‼️If your pickup or drop-off location is Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, Yokohama, or Chiba, please select the “With Transfer” option, which covers the additional distance. -This option covers the additional distance and cost, but does not extend the 9-hour tour duration. ⚠️ If the tour is booked without the “With Transfer” option and the requested pickup or drop-off location is outside Tokyo, the booking may need to be adjusted to the appropriate transfer option or an additional transfer charge may apply.

Great way to see Tokyo in a day! Highly recommend this private tour and our driver Kazuo. He picked us up on time and drove us back to our hotel. Kazuo made some great recommendations and we were able to change as needed. Kazuo considered our 14 yr old as far as places to see. Kazuo dropped us off near each destination of our liking and picked us up when we were ready to move on. Thank you Kazuo !

The tour was very well thought out and at the same time very flexible. Our guide Mike was very knowledgeable of Tokyo and its history. He was very kind and considerate of our children’s needs and took us to an amazing Ippudo Ramon restaurant that was super kid friendly. I highly recommend having Mike as your guide. 5 stars!

We had not done any research and didn’t know which places to see - John /Aviator made an itinerary for us - which was excellent. John knew Tokyo and the history very well - his English was excellent and he is very well informed.
Our knowledge of Japan and Tokyo have increased greatly - in just one day.
John made the day very enjoyable - we visited some superb places. Always parking close, allowed time to explore and picked up at the exact point and time agreed.

This was a “seamless” experience. Our driver met us at the cruise terminal and took us around Tokyo. He made suggestions and waited for us while we explored. He also told us about the history of Japan, gave us a little insight into living in Tokyo, and explained the history of some of the sites.

Excellent day visiting the highlights of Tokyo!
Kevin our driver was top notch, adjusting the itinerary to suit us. Kevin even investigated and found a robot cafe that I wanted to visit -very impressed. Tokyo is vast and getting around takes time between sights so, this private tour is by far the easiest way to do it. Can’t recommend this experience enough.

Had to book last minute for Tokyo tour so had a bit of trouble getting in touch with operator. After that was worked out. Driver (kevin or Kevan) was prompt at pickup at hotel. Drove around Tokyo to see the sites and stopped where we wanted. Great day and tour and would use this company again! A+++

We had a fantastic day with Rejaul Chowdhury! He is an excellent and very kind and helpful driver. He took us to meet Yoko Saito a very famous Master Wuilter who I had an appointment to meet. He translated for us which was so great!! He took us to several gardens and suggested another that was beautiful. He made restaurant reservations for lunch and was very attentive to my husband's mobility issues. It was a wonderful day! I highly recommend Rejaul! Not only is he an excellent driver but he also knows the city well and provided much historical context.

John was the perfect host for our first day in Tokyo. Since we would be spending several days there and had several excursions planned, he was very accommodating taking us to the sights we wanted to see. Tokyo Skytree was our first stop and because John knew it would be crowded he took us there first. Great plan. Then on to Ueno Park, Tsukiji Fish Market and a pass by Ginza. Finally a stop at Tokyo Tower.
John’s English was very good and he was very informative.

My driver, Naoki, did an excellent job showing me around Tokyo and even allowed time for some specialty shopping. He knew the area very well and shared a great deal of interesting information about Tokyo throughout the tour.
However, I booked this reservation months in advance and was very specific that the pickup location would be Haneda Airport. Less than 24 hours before the tour began, the company informed me that there would be an additional $100 charge because the pickup was at the airport. Since I only had two days in Tokyo, I decided to pay the extra fee, but I did not feel it was fair for the company to adjust the price at the last minute.

This was a great option for early cruise disembarkation and evening flight! Great communication the day before with our driver/guide Hideki! He met us as soon as we disembarked. We were a group of 4 with 5 large suitcases and carry-ons. We fit comfortably in the van. Tour is completely customizable to the sites you want to see. We set the schedule and time at each stop and Hideki made it happen. Highly recommended!

We had an outstanding experience with our Tokyo tour guide, Jone! He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, generous with his time, and incredibly communicative leading up to the tour.
With only a limited 6-hour window in Tokyo, he created a wonderful experience that allowed us to see and appreciate so many highlights of the city without ever feeling rushed. He shared fascinating history and cultural insights throughout the day and was simply enjoyable to spend time with.
