My driver, Naoki, did an excellent job showing me around Tokyo and even allowed time for some specialty shopping. He knew the area very well and shared a great deal of interesting information about Tokyo throughout the tour.
However, I booked this reservation months in advance and was very specific that the pickup location would be Haneda Airport. Less than 24 hours before the tour began, the company informed me that there would be an additional $100 charge because the pickup was at the airport. Since I only had two days in Tokyo, I decided to pay the extra fee, but I did not feel it was fair for the company to adjust the price at the last minute.

We got our luggage and went to meet our driver tokyo Cruise terminal. Many other drivers holding signs ( NOT OURS). We waited over 15 minutes for him He called and told us he was outside the port( because long que to come into area) He told us to take taxi to meet him. After several calls he finally showed up with car that had no space for luggage and 4 people.He was only a driver ( NOT DRIVER/GUIDE. We only had time for 2 stops _ Temple- where poor instructions as where to meet him and wasted an hour trying to figure out how to find Castle garden, He dropped us off at airport at 3 - Much less time them paid for.
I will not recommend this company and believe we need some refund.

Great tour with Rejaul today! He showed us the highlights of Tokyo and accommodated our special requests. This was a great option for early cruise disembarkation and evening flight! Great communication the day before with our driver/guide Hideki! He met us as soon as we disembarked. We were a group of 4 with 5 large suitcases and carry-ons. We fit comfortably in the van. Tour is completely customizable to the sites you want to see. We set the schedule and time at each stop and Hideki made it happen. Highly recommended!

We had an outstanding experience with our Tokyo tour guide, Jone! He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, generous with his time, and incredibly communicative leading up to the tour.
With only a limited 6-hour window in Tokyo, he created a wonderful experience that allowed us to see and appreciate so many highlights of the city without ever feeling rushed. He shared fascinating history and cultural insights throughout the day and was simply enjoyable to spend time with.
His professionalism, energy, and thoughtful planning made our visit truly memorable. I would highly recommend this tour and Jone to anyone visiting Tokyo!

This tour is a great way to see Tokyo and Reja was an amazing guide. With Tokyo being such a vast city, having a great guide who can drive you around to the best places was an ideal way to tour the city. Reja was great, stopping at all the top sites while also informing us about the uniqueness of each city within Tokyo. He also mentioned unique facts about the city and pointed out some great landmarks along the way. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo as it is an ideal way to tour the city.

We were disembarking a ship with 8 hours to spare before our flight. Viator provided a driver/guide who could handle 4 people and 4 people’s luggage. He dropped us off at sites we wanted to see in Tokyo, waited for us, and eventually dropped us off at the airport. John provided excellent service.

This tour allowed you to see the best spots in Tokyo in one day. Our guide/driver, Ken, was amazing. He gave us information about all the sites, then let us look in our own time. Ken custermised the tour to suit us.

One of the best experiences exploring a city in all my years of traveling. My driver and guide, Hideki, was the best! In addition to safely getting me around to all my requested sites, he suggested a few extras that met my expressed interests. I was amazed by all that I saw and learned. The driver was accommodating, made suggestions and also took us to sites we requested.. His English was good, car was comfortable. Only drawback was the driver was not entirely familiar with the city or the lesser sites.

Our driver's name was Ken. He did a great job listening to what we wanted and subsequent tailored our tour. Locations we wanted to spend more time at, we do, and other places, we just passed by to "check the box." Overall it was great and he was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend as an easy way to either take in a majority of Tokyo in a short time or get a good starting picture to revisit places later in your Tokyo stay.

It was poorly planned- driver took us to places and just dropped us off-said we could see imperial palace- didn't t happen, took us ti sky tower - we couldn't buy tickets because he didn't give us enough time there, took us to shibuya crossing but we never got ti experience it as we drove right past it- did not give us any info on tokyo and when our last activity was over he never showed up to take us to our last destination- he was not a guide that i would recommend

We needed to be picked up at the Cruise Terminal in Tokyo, drive to a few spots in Tokyo and then be dropped off at Narita. "Mike" from Sakura Tokyo was on-time and spoke very good English. He was very easy to work with and made our final hours in Japan very satisfying as he was very flexible and informative.

Jamu was our driver for this tour. Jamu took us everywhere we requested in Tokyo without any hesitation. He was very cheerful though out the day. He also made lot of recommendations with pictures/videos associated with that place for us to make decisions where we want to go. It’s like guided yet self directed tour, so do your homework where you want to go and what you want to see/do that day. They will make recommendations and you customize where you wanna go. Worth it to hit all highlights of Tokyo in 1 day.

Aside of an English speaking driver, this is a self guided city tour. The driver drops you off at the recommended spots and wait as long as you want. On the day of our tour, it rained frequently and our guide, Mr. Mizan, did his best to show us the best of Tokyo. Because of bad weather, he drove us around most of the time. At the times when the rain stopped, he stopped at landmarks worth walking to. Mr. Mizan provided an outstanding service.

Driver was very late in getting us at the hotel. Got a traffic ticket on his way to get us. Then after visited just one site he got another traffic ticket. A very old vehicle for Japan standard. At that point we requested to be taken back to the hotel. Very disappointed

We would like to respectfully clarify that the name on this review does not match any participant in our tour booking, and based on our direct communication with the customer, we understand that this review may have been submitted by a third party rather than the actual tour participant.
For transparency, we would like to present the full context of the service provided.
The tour was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and due to unforeseen circumstances there was a short delay. To ensure minimal disruption, an alternative driver-guide arrived at 8:26 a.m., and the tour began at that time.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., the guests requested to end the tour early following a traffic-related incident. We fully respected this decision and arranged an immediate return to the hotel at no charge.
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we then reorganized the tour on the same day from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., during which the remaining planned locations were completed.
Additionally, we provided a complimentary transfer from the hotel to the train station the following morning.
These important details are not reflected in the review.

If you have a clear idea of where you want to go, and why, in the bustling, beautiful city of Tokyo, this is a great way to see it. Mike was our driver and managed our itinerary easily. He dropped us off at each stop and collected us quickly when we were ready to leave.
If you are looking for a guide, someone to explain or translate what you are seeing, you should know that's not what this is.
