It turned out that nobody else signed up for this time slot so it was just a 1 on 1 session with chef Alba. She was amazing and took time to explain every step and why it has to be done that way. The small touches like the chef apron and hat along with the certificate just added to the experience. The food and drink were wonderful and enjoyed on a picturesque patio.
