If you find busy bars/restaurants a bit intimidating, and if limited language skills add to your reluctance to dive in and become a part of these nightly cultural festivities, then this tour is for you. Everyone would enjoy it, I'm sure, but Gregor gave us an unforgettable evening that I could not have experienced without him. His experience with the foods offered at each wonderful location made this good time possible and allowed me to immerse a little deeper into the culture of Granada/Spain. Huge thank you to Gregor. You and the evening were unforgettable.

Although we really enjoyed it there were only 3 of us and we would have preferred a slightly larger group as we love meeting new people. Lots of new and different tapas and drop-off rinks to try. Visited new areas and bars.

We walked to several tapas bars and enjoyed a variety of drinks and tapas. The guide made recommendations that were helpful. His choice of bars was eclectic which was perfect to provide different experiences. I would recommend this tour!

Book. This. Tour. Especially if you are a solo traveler. Other tapas tours will cancel if there is not a minimum of people signed up. Ask me how I know. I took this tour with just one other solo traveler and the guide, and it was great. The guide is a local foodie that tailors the tour based on the group’s preferences. He will also give you recommendations after the tour if you message him.

Grego was a fantastic guide taking us to areas of the city we had never seen before. We visited 4 very different tapas bars; and followed his recommendations which were great! We returned to one of the venues for dinner later that night. He obviously puts a lot of thought into his selections. Well worth the money. Recommend doing this early in your trip so you can understand the tapas culture.

Gregor is a great guide who took the time to find places the group would enjoy. At each place, he provided information on the bar’s specialties, made recommendations, with the group making the final choices on what to eat. Each person was also able to pick their own drinks.
If you want a tour customized to what you want to experience; take this tour. Gregor makes it a point to keep the group small, so you really get an opportunity to meet people and enjoy the experience together!

It provided us with lots of options for different types of food and drinks throughout the city centre. We were taken to places that we probably wouldn’t have explored. Grego was informative about the history of each bar that we visited.

Let me start by saying my wife and I are no strangers to food tours. We do at least one in every city we visit. They are usually all super! Well, this one was even better. Grego our Hungarian tour guide took us to the off the beaten path places and made us sample off the beaten path dishes which were all amazing. Especially for the price of this tour. There were 6 of us, we visited 4 separate spots. The food was covered in all 4 spots. But we had to share the alcohol between us. So Grego covered the first restaurant, and then the 3 couples covered the bar tab at the next 3 places. Trust me, do not worry about it. Our tab was 32 Euros which ended up being the most of the 3. The others paid between 25 and 30 Euros. But it was still completely worth it. The food was amazing and the local drinks paired really well with each sample.
Order what Grego recommends. Do not worry about the food names and the parts of the animals. Trust me, be adventurous and you will not be disappointed.

Our guide Grego was friendly with a good command of English. He walked us around town but had a hard time finding tapas bars that could accommodate 7 tourists plus him. We ended up at only 3 places and we walked a lot. He understood how disappointed we all were so he bought our last round even after buying our first round. That was generous of him so we still tipped him. Don't do this tour on a Friday or Saturday evening. Choose weekday or lunch tours instead.

I understand the frustration but it was an anomaly. I had over 200 tours and it never happened before. It might have been the mixture of good weather and late holidays. Although weekends might be busier they are also very authentic therefore I would suggest to have weekend tours. Weekday and lunch tours are always more quiet, that's true. I do small group tours up to 6 people therefore it is rare that bars are too busy to accommodate us. I will always do everything in my power to have the best possible experience for all customers.

It was a good tour even though we ran into some trouble getting into a couple of the Tapas bars because they were very packed. Gregor did find us other places to try. Overall it was a good tour.

We had a great time with Gregor - he took us to places we would not have found, explained the food (and how the whole tapas concept works!), and helped us choose.
There are lots of tapas tours available, and they all seem to be twice the price of this. That's because they work differently - on those, you are paying for the food (and tapas) included in the price, so there is nothing more to pay. Simple, perhaps - but you pay a lot more overall.
This tour is different - two of the people on our tour hadn't properly read the description, and didn't understand.
On this tour, you are paying for Gregor's time, advice and expertise. It does not include food and drink. Each stop you can (if you choose!) buy a drink - which will come with a free tapas. Obviously, that's what you want to do!
Overall, it was so much more cost-effective than the tours which include drinks in the price. We could buy as many drinks (with as much food!) as we wanted. Some of us (me!) had more than others - so I just paid for my extra.
It's not complicated. This is a great value tour, with great advice from the guide. Book this one.

It was wonderful to have Grego guide us through the busy city during Holy Week to different tapas bars which we would never have known about and experienced.. They were each different and had drinks and food unique to their place. Grego introduced us to a variety of tapas that were a first for us, like blood sausages and tripe stew, but quite delicious! While we paid for our own drinks, it was reasonable and the price of the ticket covered the generous amount of tapas. It was great to have a knowledgeable foodie as our guide in Grego! Thanks for a fun and delicious experience!

We enjoyed our tour with just one other couple. We met @ 11:30 and went to three different tapas bars. Got our food and drink in a very timely manner. I think it helped that staff knew our guide. Our guide accommodated my vegetarian diet by going to places where I could have a non-meat item. We all chatted and got a long well.

Dear traveler,
We are sorry, that this is your opinion, but we try to be different in a way that you can consume as many or as few drinks - and with it tapas - as you like. Nobody on the market - in Granada - does it cheaper than us. As far as I am aware we are the only ones that do solo - therefore private - tours, which aren't about making money, but accomodating the travelers.
We think that if you book with us, its our responsibility to show you this beautiful city.

The tour is organised with small groups only which really made it feel like a very authentic experience. We’ve visited amazing bars I would have not found that easily by myself.
