We didn’t realize how quickly the Alhambra sells out, so we were incredibly grateful that this company was able to secure tickets 10 days prior to a date that was otherwise fully booked. Having access to the Nasrid Palaces meant we could truly experience every part of the Alhambra, which made the visit even more special.

The ticket did not have my name on and you have to have a ticket in you name that matches the date. Had access to the rest of the Alhambra but not what I paid for. Can't recommend. Either the providers mistake or I wasn't informed. Feels like a scam

It was quite a walk but well worth it! The intricate detail of the palace was amazing, so glad we were able to get last minute tickets to see it. The gardens and the rest of the buildings were wonderful toobut the palace was definitely the highlight.

These guys are lifesavers! Got cancelled two times for last minute tickets by another company and almost gave up hope until we came across this company who gave us the tickets within 24 hours! And the price (£60 each) is very reasonable compared to other companies. Very simple and clear instructions and we didn’t need the audio guide. It’s an experience we’ll never forget! The audio guide had interesting information about the different parts of the Alhambra but it was confusing to know exactly where one was! The advantage was that you could spend the time you wanted and not be dependent on a particular guide to hurry you on.

We booked our spots through Viator for Alhambra castle and although we were a bit worried we wouldn’t get any spots after 2 days we got a confirmation email that they got us a place! Originally I had booked a ticket for only myself and then for my friend and I requested the same time of visit for Nasrid palaces and viator arranged our entrance the same time.

So, at that overpriced price of almost €70—which normally costs €22 if you buy the tickets early, or at least two months in advance, since that’s when most people buy them. The tickets are being resold for 50–60, sometimes even 100 €, so I wouldn’t recommend buying this ticket. As I said, you can buy it for just under 20–30 € on the Alhambra’s official website. I didn’t even have an audio guide, which I could have picked up at the Palace. So for that price, I could have had a real tour guide with me, but unfortunately that wasn’t included in the price. I just went ahead and bought it because I really wanted to see the Alhambra Palace. It’s definitely a must-see—everyone should see it—but definitely not at that price. I paid three times as much and didn’t even get a tour guide, just some stupid audio guide that I had to download on my phone.

Securing last-minute tickets requires significant manual effort from our team, who monitor availability continuously (24/7) and work to obtain access when cancellations or additional slots appear.
The price you paid reflects not only the ticket itself, but also legal taxes, service fees, and the operational costs involved in this process. This includes the work of our staff who actively and manually secure tickets in highly competitive conditions where availability is not guaranteed.
Regarding the audio guide, this is clearly stated in the product description and is provided as a flexible alternative to a live guide, allowing visitors to explore at their own pace.
We completely understand that pricing may differ from the official website under ideal advance-booking conditions. However, for travelers who decide to visit on shorter notice or when tickets are sold out, this service provides a reliable way to still experience the Alhambra.

You have to see the Alhambra to believe it. Photos don’t do it justice. Don’t assume tickets will be available even if your here for an extended period of time.

I had traveled to Granada making the mistake of not having booked Alhambra tickets several weeks in advance. Everything online was booked (GetYourGuide, Viator, etc) or charging an outrageous price. I happened to find this option 24 hours before coming to Granada. I didn’t have my hopes up as another Viator booking had simply canceled 48 hours after.
I was so excited when I got an email with my tickets (including Nasrid palaces) the night before my day in Granada. Email was succinct and helpful. Tickets worked without any issue. Enjoyed a beautiful day in the Alhambra. Super happy with the booking!

The organiser is just a commissioner. They have randomly assigned an hour for nasrid palace access which was not doable for us and did not change it (or attempted to change it) after the assigning. When we asked, they said they can assign a suitable hour if we buy it again (!) without refund of the first purchase. When I asked if that's possible to change it with someone else's access time after agreeing with them, they went silence and never responded again.

Please note that the time slots for the Nasrid Palaces are strictly assigned according to the official policy of the Alhambra monument authorities. Once tickets are confirmed, these times cannot be modified or exchanged under any circumstances. This is a regulation set by the venue itself, and it applies to all visitors and ticket providers without exception.
We understand that the assigned time may not have been convenient for your plans, but unfortunately, this is outside of our control and we are unable to make changes once the booking is finalized.

Only managed to get the pdf tickets on the day we arrived at Alhambra. By then, we have already missed our entry time to the palace. The various barcodes received from Viator are useless. Contacted supplier and he provided the tickets via WhatsApp.
The e-guide was literally useless as phone signal was bad to download guide.

The tickets provided by Viator are booking confirmations, while the valid entry tickets are always shared separately by us in advance.
Additionally, the audio guide is web-based and does not require any download. Instructions on how to access it were also included in the email.
We kindly recommend checking all emails (including spam or junk folders) before the visit to ensure a smooth experience.

We had an unexpected family illness and could not make it to the Alhambra. The agent who supported us was Daniel and he was superb. Very responsive, and although we could not get a full refund, he did provide a partial refund- which was very much appreciated.

I booked this for Nasrid Palaces at the last minute late at night. There was a note saying I might have to wait 24–48 hours, but they arranged everything smoothly within a few minutes and I received my ticket safely.
Some people might say the price was a bit expensive, but honestly it wasn’t. It was only about twice the official ticket price, while many other websites or companies sell it for much more than this.
Highly recommended! Thanks to this, I was finally able to enjoy all the sites in Alhambra in one day. It was totally worth it.

When we booked, there were no guided tours available except ones that were very expensive. We found the audio guide was very good - the perfect amount of information. There were guides on site that were available for hire as well but not sure of the cost.

When you book this they will confirm your booking stating that it is pending until they receive confirmation from The Alhambra and your entry time to the Nasrid Palaces (The Alhambra is the military Fort, and Nasrid Palaces were residences). You must take your passport and show both your tickets QR code and your passport to gain entry. Scroll down the ticket PDF to see one ticket per person. The audio guide is challenging as the names of the spaces differ somewhat than what you're actually seeing. We found it frustratingly annoying but got the gist of it eventually! Still, it's better than being taken around by a private guide at a snails pace. Where comfortable shoes as the walk up is steep and the ground is cobblestones everywhere !!

Your booking was made very last minute, for entry the following day. In these situations, we cannot always confirm the reservation immediately because tickets must first be confirmed by the Alhambra administration, especially for the Nasrid Palaces which have very strict time-slot availability. However, despite the short notice, your tickets were successfully confirmed and delivered in time for your visit.
Regarding the entry process, the requirement to present both the ticket QR code and a passport or ID is a mandatory rule set by the Alhambra authorities for all visitors, not something determined by us.
We also appreciate your comments about the audio guide. The guide is designed to cover a wide range of historical areas within the complex, and while some naming differences can occur, many visitors still find it helpful for understanding the history and context of the site.
