The meeting point is the map of steel front door of the Alhambra, near box office. You can climb on foot, in the C30 or C32 bus, taxi or the tourist train. Your guide will be carrying a white umbrella with logo "Nhue" You should be in the meeting point 15 minutes before starting time.

- This is a small group tour, with 10 adult aprox
- Once you are assigned to a group, it is not possible to change the language or the starting time of your tour unless Nhue Concierge staff has communicated you previously.
- The tickets you will be provided with are special tickets for groups. This means they are assign to the accreditation of your tour guide and they are not valid without such accreditation. Therefore, if you get lost during the tour or you decide to leave the group, you won’t be able to enter any of the different monuments (Gardens, Alcazaba nor Nasrid Palaces). We highly recommend you to follow your tour guide during the course of your tour and not to wander around by yourself.
- Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
- Travelers are required to wear personal masks and observe social distancing during the experience (1,5 mts)
- Guides will worn masks and gloves.

Paola was the best guide. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and charming. She is from Spain and knows so much about the culture and history yet her English is excellent. Alhambra, it goes without saying, is spectacular. I highly recommend this tour, and I highly recommend that you request Paola as your guide.

It is chaotic. Nhue need to sort out their act. Nhue changed the time of the entrance tickets just the day before, by an hour and we were on a cruise ship timetable, this could have been catastrophic. What appears to be a straightforward 10 person tour (while it is only 10 people) is actually about 5 tours of 10 people,so to get your tickets is a chaotic process. Lovely young guides obviously being overworked and underpaid are frantic trying to get everyone organised. We got another private guide and manage to extract our tickets from the representative. Most of our concerns when we tried to contact Nhue were dealt with by an AI concierge! Absolute rubbish, would never use again. The Alhmabra palaces are of course a dream with the right guide and company. Thanks to Bea of Granada Tours for all her help.

The tour was fantastic. It's a long 1/2 day but worth every minute. Our guide, Antonio, was excellent and very attentive to each member of our group. The pace was very good and allowed us to see everything we needed to see.

The traveler will have the opportunity to visit ALL of Alhambra. There is a lot of walking. Our tour guide Christina excelled in leading us through the palaces. She gave a thorough talk regarding The Alhambra. We were fortunate to have her.

Definitely worth getting a guided tour. So much information. Lots of walking. Lots of steps. If you cant walk far this may be tough. Would not recommend when its hot. Make sure to take your passport or photo ID, its checked several times.

This premium Alhambra tour was one of the highlights of our trip. With only six people in the group, the experience felt intimate and unrushed. The tour covered the Alhambra, the stunning Nasrid Palaces, and the Generalife gardens.
Although I wish I remembered our guide’s name, he was outstanding. The tour was in English, and his ability to read and interpret the Arabic inscriptions throughout the palaces truly set this tour apart. He placed a strong and respectful emphasis on the Arabic Muslim history of the site, which gave us a much deeper understanding of its architecture, symbolism, and cultural importance.
This tour was educational, meaningful, and absolutely worth booking.

The tour guide was very young, polite, and respectful, and clearly had good intentions. However, the explanations were not very engaging, and it was sometimes unclear what should be explained or how to present the information in an interesting way.
I feel that with more guidance and training—such as knowing where to stop, how long to spend at each spot, and how to deliver explanations more effectively—the experience could be much improved.
