SCAM, DON'T BUY IT. I never got the tickets for the Alhambra

Just 1 star because there is not option to put ZERO. This is a SCAM, DON'T BUY IT. I bought the tour to the Alhambra WITH TICKETS INCLUDED 1 month in advance. The day of the tour, 10 minutes before starting, the guide tells me that I don't have a ticket, that at the end they didn't found an entrance for me. Whaaat?? After planning a trip just to see the Alhambra and traveling to Granada paying hotels and transportation, they decide to cancel your plan 10 minutes before, without any other kind of notification in advance. Shame on them, not only Vitor, but also the local tour operator: Cordoba Embrujada SL. Those are not serious companies, they don't care about your time or if you lose money, their only objective is to sell even if they are not able to provide the service they promise. Will never buy on Viator again.
