This is a great way to see the Alhambra with a private, knowledgeable guide. I would not have the total appreciation of the monument without her explanation.Katya, has encyclopedic knowledge of the landmark and his expert at navigating through the crowds. I love the history and explanation, and my wife likes a brief right to the point evaluation. Katya was able to navigate both of our personalities.

We had a wonderful tour with Katya. She was knowledgeable about the General Life and the Alhambra took time to provide historical context as well as details about what we saw on our tour. The tour was paced well and we had plenty of time for questions and photos.
Katya was very responsive for communication. She worked with us to schedule our tour so that it fit in to our time constraints in Granada. Additionally, she was very helpful in advice on getting the appropriate tickets for the Alhambra as they were in short supply for our time in Granada.
I would wholeheartedly recommend scheduling a private tour with her.

This was my second guided tour of the Alhambra. And by far the best. Tanya is a consummate guide and if you book this tour consider yourself very lucky. As an art historian she will bring to your tour information no other guide will bring. You will understand the art, the architecture, and the history that is the Alhambra. It will be the most rewarding 3 hours you will spend, and you will walk away more knowledgeable than any other person visiting this UNESCO site.

We booked this tour with Katya. The tour was done in English but Katya speaks many other languages. We liked her approach and appreciated details that otherwise we would have never known.
She was very accommodating to us and adjusted as we went along.
We have travelled a lot and had lots of private guides but Katya was by far one of the better ones and we came out of this experience with significant more knowledge of this amazing place
Btw. The other tours that claim slip the line as one of the benefits is all BS. There is no such thing as skip the line. You do have a line if you go with a tour guide but at the end it is no difference from one or another.
