Meeting point is the Athens Airport. After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you outside the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name.

What To Expect

Skip the stress of finding a taxi or sharing a shuttle at the start of your Athens trip. Simply enter your details when you book, pay in advance for your choice of city center or coastal locations, and then show your voucher to your driver when you land in the city.

Travel in a spacious vehicle for up to 15 people, then sit back and enjoy the ride without worrying about taxi meters, getting lost, or waiting for other travelers to collect their bags. It’s a private Athens transfer service that’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Transfers for up to three (3) passengers are provided by sedan or taxi, while groups of four to six travelers will be transported in a minivan (e.g., Mercedes Vito).

Each passenger is allowed to carry one (1) standard-size suitcase. Sedans and taxis can accommodate a maximum of two standard suitcases and two carry-on bags or backpacks in the trunk. If your group travels with more than three (3) pieces of luggage in total, we recommend booking for at least four (4) passengers to ensure a minivan is allocated for your transfer.
Please note that oversized or excessive luggage may be subject to restrictions. We advise contacting the operator in advance to confirm whether such items can be accommodated.

Cristo was the best!!! He gave us history along the way to our destination. Helped us with pronunciation on words/phrases we had questions about. Gave us some food recommendations. He was lovely. He was exactly where the company said he’d be with our name on a sign. He even loaded our luggage on a cart (what would fit) and loaded the van. I would 100% recommend this company.

Just don’t… they were a no show but they had no problem taking our money.

We paid for a driver to pick us up, to wait for us as we arrive with a sign and they were a no show. We walked around for a hour. They wouldn’t respond to messages, I tried to call twice… we also had to pay an extra 20 for a late arrival. So now we are now in an Uber paying again to another company. I need to get our money back

The driver was not waiting at the airport for the meet and greet. The driver texted me using Whatsapp about where to meet him. The excuse was the parking lot was too far away from the terminal to do the meet and greet. Once I got in the car he was very nice.

Harris was easy to communicate with, and we found him quickly when we arrived in Athens. Not only did we have a great ride to Athens Harris was like a private Tour Guide. We learned so much about Athens not only historically but culturally. We had a great discussion about things to do in Athens and we learned about the Greek people. He told us all about coffee and things we needed to do during our visit. I would highly recommend using this company when you are in Athens.

Pro’s: driver was professional, prompt, and courteous. He was well on time for the pickup, was able to fit all our luggage (4 pieces), car was clean and comfortable, and walk to the car was a short distance away. Con: it took over an hour to get from the airport to downtown because he avoided the toll roads and took side streets. My assumption for a $100+ black car service is we’d be able to take the toll roads to get there faster.
