I booked this tour by accident. A group of friends were sharing links to get signed up, but I selected the wrong vendor by accident. The vendor we used attempted to call Frank's water sports at the time of the excursion, but they were speaking their native language and I wasn't made aware of the result. I requested a refund but I was denied for no good reason. Book at your own risk with Viator and Franks watersports. It appears that they like to steal people's money.

The crew was so friendly and explained every step before it happened so there were no surprises. We saw amazing views of Aruba, the coastline and the water is so clear. It’s so peaceful up there. Went up with my 13yr old niece, she had a blast also. Absolutely recommend this group, highlight of the trip!

It was an amazing experience that everyone should try at least once. Make sure the operator takes a video of your experience. I realize he may have had safety things to focus on, but he said he would do it and didn't.

Such a thrilling and exciting way to see Aruba from above - while the event itself is about 10-15 mins in the air, it’s actually plenty of time to enjoy it! I would recommend this!

We had the best time parasailing in Aruba! From start to finish, everything was organized and professional. The staff explained everything clearly, made sure we felt comfortable, and kept the energy upbeat. Being up in the air was surprisingly peaceful — just stunning views of the turquoise water and coastline. It felt safe, smooth, and absolutely worth it. One of the highlights of our trip!

So much fun! Only thing I wish it was a longer ride. The boat ride was smooth and the guys on board knew what they were doing from strapping us in to getting us back on the boat! Loved it!

This company is trash they told me & my friend girl that they couldn't take pics or videos unless we were using our own device, which wad fine with us. Turns out the guy took pics and videos on his device that we never received not only that the whole time my friend girl was leaning the whole ride because the straps wasn't connected right.

Parasailing in Aruba was incredible!
