Very enjoyable and beginner friendly experience! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and multiple guides will come along with you.
The horses are so well behaved and know the trail extremely well. I was extremely nervous and tense in the beginning as it was my first time, but my horse Hercules was awesome, and by the time we neared the beach I was so much more relaxed and happy. It was a great way to celebrate my 41st birthday morning! A calm, peaceful ride with such beautiful views. They also give you a nice photo opportunity on the beach before heading back to the ranch.
Tips: You cant weigh more than 250 lbs, everyone should definitely wear good sunscreen, also probably a hat/sunglasses, you want to use bug repellent, hydrate beforehand and they'll provide you with a water bottle after, you should probably wear the safety helmet they offer adults and mandate for kids.
The ranch also supports a great cause, so Im glad I chose them and would highly recommend.

I wanted to love this experience but it fell short. First the pick up was 20 minutes early after confirming twice the pick up time.
The ride was nice but I thought it was horseback riding on the beach but it was to the beach and back. The guide didn’t spend as much time with us taking pictures as she did with others.
Finally the water that was “.included” was from a drinking fountain. There was bottled water for sell if you care.

We always aim to arrive promptly for pickups to keep the logistics running smoothly and to avoid heavier traffic during rush hours. That said, it’s never our intention to rush anyone, and we’ll work on making it feel comfortable for our guests.
Our tour includes a scenic ecological and coastal ride with a stop at the beach. Riding directly on the beach isn’t permitted in Aruba, and we’ll make sure this is explained more clearly to avoid confusion.
Regarding the water, Aruba has excellent, safe drinking water. As part of our eco-friendly approach, we provide cold fountain water, with bottled options available at a small cost.

We were picked up at our cruise terminal and dropped back off which makes it very convenient. Had a fun time and enjoyed the ride. Guides are great and funny. Recommend if visiting. Would absolutely do it again

I booked alot of excursions through Viator and everyone reached out to let me know a pick up time and meeting spot but for some reason this excursion did not. My excursion was supposed to be at 3:30 they came unannounced at 2:40 we were getting ready and by the time we got out it was 2:45 they were gone. I wont blame the company but someone in the company messed up. So if you book try to reach them before your excursion.

Such an awesome experience horseback riding on the beach in Aruba! From the moment we got there, the staff made us feel right at home, it really had a family vibe the whole time. Huge shoutout to Primo, Anna, and Carla for making everything so smooth and welcoming.
I rode a horse named Hercules, and he was great. He guided me all the way to the beach and even trotted along, which made it even more fun. Riding with those ocean views was just amazing.
Definitely something I’d do again. Highly recommend if you’re in Aruba! A Must Do!

It was amazing. The moment we were picked up we felt like family. The husband and wife drivers were absolutely incredible and nice. Our guide and our horses were awesome and the view was breathtaking. I highly recommend this for everyone.

- We booked a 10:30 AM slot several weeks in advance. The night before at 10:32 PM, they messaged us saying it was changed to 9:30 AM which was not early enough in advance to make any adjustments to our itinerary or to cancel. It was very stressful and annoying. Especially having to go back and forth with the hosts explaining that it’s not our fault they messed up the time and proving that the time change notification was last night.
- The listing states; a brief orientation and riding instructions however we only received verbal instruction and no short practice despite having inexperienced riders. There was also no refreshment station as listed.
- Lastly, Sambuca. If you get Sambuca, ask for another horse or don’t ride at all. This isn’t blame for the animal, but the hosts. Sambuca was not cooperative and was clearly tired. This resulted in my friend being thrown off on the trail into the thorns as the path wasn’t cleared wide enough. She fell on a rock and Sambuca’s entire body weight fell on her foot. This could have gone so much worse and my friend could’ve lost her life if Sambuca fell on her or if she hit her head on a rock.
- the quality of care afterwards was not sufficient. First they made her get back on the horse despite the limp and injuries instead of going quickly to get a double saddle or literally anything else. The first aid back at the ranch was pretty inefficient as well and there was no adequate full body inspection of my friend’s injuries.
- On the ride back, I scrolled through all the reviews again and found someone had nearly been killed multiple times during her ride with Sambuca. So there should’ve been knowledge that Sambuca has been problematic and it was irresponsible to assign an inexperienced rider to the horse.

The experience was not what we expected. We were taken on a very rocky trail to the beach
Felt bad for horses. We took a quick picture at the end. We expected to ride on beach. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

We understand your concern about the terrain. While part of the ride passes through a naturally rocky area, the trails we use are suitable for the horses and reflect Aruba’s natural landscape. Many guests experience it as an adventurous and scenic ride, though we understand it may feel different depending on personal expectations.
We also include a beach stop for photos, and our guides do their best to assist everyone in the group.
If you’d prefer more time at the beach and a more personalized experience, a private ride would be a great option next time.

Truly the best excursion we could have picked. The horses were beautiful and smart, the workers were fantastic! They both spoke perfect English and were very helpful. The pictures they took of us on our horses on the beach are my favorite from the trip.

They have 38 horses so the horses are not being over worked which is amazing. You see parts of the island you wouldn’t normally see. I. Rode on Candy and she was the sweetest horse and my husband rode Hercules another great horse. Would highly recommend

Really well organized activity, staff was amazing, well trained and well behaved horses. Went with my husband and daughter and had a lot of fear about it but the staff was absolutely amazing.

Our family of 3 was very disappointed with this experience. We were looking forward for it to be a family experience. Our teenage daughter has not been riding before and was very scared at first. We wanted to kind of stay in line together. No one paid attention, no one came to give her assistance.
Our tour was scheduled to 5 PM, we were advised to be there 15 minutes prior and still did not get started until 45 minutes later.
We did not even make it to the beach for photos, just to the nearby rocks, I am assuming because the crew started late to begin with.
Every photo was rushed and you got the feeling this was not to please the customer, but just to make money on tourists.
I am so sorry to have to write this review, I always write pleasant reviews for people who run an honest business and care.
Save your money, spend a bit more and choose another crew.

Safety is always our top priority, especially when working with horses and first-time riders. Our team provides clear instructions and supervision throughout the experience. However, maintaining a calm environment is essential for both the horses and the group. A distressed or yelling rider as your teenage daughter can unsettle the horses and affect the overall safety and flow of the tour, which is why our guides sometimes need to make decisions that may not align with individual preferences but are necessary for the group as a whole.
Regarding the start time, we do advise guests to arrive early as preparations and safety briefings are part of the experience. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including ensuring all participants are properly prepared and safe to proceed.
As for the route and photo stops, these are dependent on timing, group ability, and conditions on the day. We do not rush experiences intentionally, nor is our focus simply “to make money on tourists.” We take pride in delivering structured and safe tours to all guests.
We also note that an identical 1-star review was posted by your husband on another booking platform. While we respect all feedback, multiple duplicate reviews from the same group do not provide a balanced reflection of overall guest experiences.
We stand by the quality of our tours and the efforts of our team, but we will review your comments internally.

This was a lot of fun. The horses all have their own personalities and the hosts pair you up according to riding experience. They also set you up to take pictures on the horses with beautiful backgrounds. Great experience!

We got to the stables. Filled out our waivers and while I was there I ASKED THEM “will we get new horses or what because these poor babies are hot and exhausted and needed some rest after their last tour back. I was told yes. However I got “Sambucca”. Sambuca had JUST come back from carrying another person In that Aruba heat. She was OVER IT
I was assigned Sambucca and she almost killed me. She ran downhill into the water. Fighting with other horses bc she was annoyed. When we got back to the stables, she made a break for the shade and missed decapitaitng me by about 7 inches. She was tired. Hot and i SPECIFICALLY asked if she was going back out without a break and they told me no 🙄. Those poor babies were exhausted.
