Very enjoyable and beginner friendly experience! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and multiple guides will come along with you.
The horses are so well behaved and know the trail extremely well. I was extremely nervous and tense in the beginning as it was my first time, but my horse Hercules was awesome, and by the time we neared the beach I was so much more relaxed and happy. It was a great way to celebrate my 41st birthday morning! A calm, peaceful ride with such beautiful views. They also give you a nice photo opportunity on the beach before heading back to the ranch.
Tips: You cant weigh more than 250 lbs, everyone should definitely wear good sunscreen, also probably a hat/sunglasses, you want to use bug repellent, hydrate beforehand and they'll provide you with a water bottle after, you should probably wear the safety helmet they offer adults and mandate for kids.
The ranch also supports a great cause, so Im glad I chose them and would highly recommend.

The workers were very friendly. If you have never rode a horse, be prepared to be sore when you get off, it was a great experience.

This was a really great experience! All the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about horses. They helped out whenever it was needed and very patient and friendly. I would highly recommend this activity when visiting Aruba!

Wear pants because you go through a trail with picker plants and cacti. It’s fun! The horses are well trained to follow eachother and not be to feisty.

Had a ton of fun seeing the desert countryside of Aruba! As beginners, we felt comfortable on the horses and had excellent tour guides.

Amazing experience for us that we have not have much experience in riding horses. Although we were a large group of 15 riders, the staff were attentive to all taking their time to explain to each one on the group how to sit and handle the reins. Ensured that we were all secured prior to departure. And during the trip they will make stops often to ensure no one was left behind. Great trip and a great experience.

I was nervous going to this excursion because horses can do unexpected things. The guides were great on explaining how to handle them if they decide to trot faster than normal and that put me to ease when my horse decided to run a bit. There were 3 guides and they were at arm's length if anything went wrong. I enjoyed the peaceful trot towards the ocean and the pictures were beautiful. I recommend you take the time to go.

Experienced or inexperienced rider these guides put you on the horse that’s best for you. The guides are AMAZING and take your phones because they will take pictures for you at the beach. These pictures turn out wonderful. I can’t say enough about this experience but you will NOT regret it

It's not bad although other than photoshoot session on the beach, don't expect to ride the horses on the beach. Over 90% terrain you simply ride on the horse just to get to the beach. Staff is nice and accommodating. I would strongly suggest/recommend to staff to not neglect solo riders. Out of 17 riders, I, as a solo rider, was leading the group yet I was the last one to get invited for photo shoot. In reality, I had to remind them (they were 3) that I am being overlooked. Overall, I enjoyed it. I would have enjoyed more riding actually on the beach!

Sunrise on the beach on a horse, who knew that was something I ever wanted to do! It was an amazing experience being on a horse name Picasso and we were kindred souls. The guides and staff were great and helped you along the way. I would definitely do this again! Not scary at all.

This was on our bucket list for a long time for many members of our family! Not only was riding through the sunset beautiful, but taking pictures by the beach with our amazing horses was so special!!!
What I loved most and why we chose this particular tour group, they rescue their horses and don’t over work them. They treat them humanely and that was THE most important thing to me. I cannot recommend this experience enough, I absolutely will be coming back and bringing my friends!!

This experience is a wonderful opportunity to see the wild nature on the desert side of the island and witness a sunrise while riding to the beautiful coast.
This organization, Hoofs for Horses, has rescued horses and trains them for these rides to raise money to care for them.
The farm is beautiful and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

My son and I have a lot of experience riding horses and we still had a lot of fun on this ride. They matched up riders to horses based on experience. I would definitely recommend wearing long pants and closed toe shoes (some people on our ride didn't do that and they were not as comfortable). Also make sure you follow the guides instructions for your safety. It is a fun ride first through desert like settings and then you reach the beach. The guides were sweet and did their best with a large group of people who had very little experience. My son and I appreciated their attention to safety and the fact that they recognized we were comfortable and could handle a little more fun. I also really appreciated that the horse were well cared for and in great shape especially when I found out that they were all rescue horses. Thank you for caring for these horses who had a hard life but are now well loved.

If you are looking for a family friendly horse back riding excursion and this is the one. They provided transportation to and from our hotel. Hoofs of Hope is a wonderful organization. All the horses are well cared for and the guides are knowledgeable and friendly. They will take photos of your group once you arrive at the beach.

Beautiful experience. The guides are professional and knowledgeable. Don’t be scared!!! They teach you the basics of horse handling and the horses are well trained. Bring lots of sun screen and a cover up because you will be baking in the sun. This was my favorite part of the trip.

It was our second time at this place.
It was a wonderful experience of horse riding. The place is nice organized. The staff is very polite and kind not only to customers, but also to horses. You do not need horse riding experience to injoy this tour. We will definitely come here again.
