It is just an average parasailing experience. The boat was quite crowded. Be prepared to get soaked. They did not tell us to secure our belongings prior to getting on the boat. Bring nothing with you since it is a rough, wet ride. If you are sensitive about your weight be forewarned the crew will publicly humiliate you if you weigh over 145 lbs. Your weight will be announced to everyone several times. The co-captain smokes cigarettes during the ride. The flight itself is fun but extremely windy.

It was good, a very windy day which wasn’t the fault of the parasailing company. The operators did smoke on the boat with was very off putting for me and my family. That’s why I gave them 4/5 stars.

I was initially terrified about the idea of parasailing but the boat captain and first hand were great. It ended up being a great time. I was in the air for the appropriate time in my opinion and only got slightly queasy towards the end. Would definitely do it again.

The experience was awesome!! It was the first time for me & my 11 year old granddaughter went parasailing. I thought I might be scared but not at all . The views were amazing & beautiful!!! The staff were friendly, helpful & attentive to safety .. I’d do it again !!

Parasailing was a lot of fun. The attendants were very helpful and friendly and helped everyone feel relaxed on the trip. It was a great, memorable experience for our family of 8.

We book this and got to location on time after an hour of waiting with no help form the persons behind the desk we were told it would be an additional hours before we could this activity so I requested a refund it has been almost a week and nothing has been refunded to me I and I feel like this is a scam with this company so please be aware of this company and find a different one to use

Thank you for sharing this — and just to clarify the situation, you were informed on‑site that we were having mechanical issues with the boat. The team explained that the repair was taking much longer than expected, which is why the departure time kept getting pushed back.

I was told to meet at the bread basket at 11am. I was there from 1045am to 11:14am. Nobody showed up at the location specified.

Thank you for your review — and just to clarify, you never wait at a restaurant for a watersport activity. The Bread Basket is simply the meeting reference point, but the actual check‑in and activity take place at our desk, on the same premises, on the beach side, where the boats and crew operate.
It sounds like you were waiting in the correct general area but not at the beachside activity zone. We’re sorry for the confusion and appreciate you letting us know.

this was so fun & a new experience! the guys driving the boat were so nice & accommodating with the parasailing as well! i was a little scared to touch the water & they respected that and didn’t dip me. one of the best experiences i’ll take from here. 10/10 would definitely do again!

Very cool experience all of the kids and I enjoyed it and certainly a worthwhile experience. Crew was experienced and explained everything prior to launching. Ask for a dip in the water prior to reeling back in, you’ll probably get it anyway unless you specifically ask not to.

I've always wanted to go parasailing but never really mustered the courage to do so. Aruba made me do it! My advice to you is dare to be courageous, you are in good hands with Shabba and Monkey. The entire experice from start to end was a 5/5. They make you feel at ease and despite feeling terrified I listened to their advice and had an exhilarating and unforgettable experience. I am a non swimmer and afraid of heights and I wholeheartedly would recommend these two guys for your experience!

Snorkeling off the island was incredible. Sea turtles and fish were great; the drinks were even better & once the rope swing came out everyone on board was having a great time together

The tour guide was great however the parasailing had a weight limit that we were unaware of . Although we both provided our weight prior to the excursion we were unable to parasail together so we decided not to do it . The lady at the desk did not care that we did not participate in the activity and would not refund our money

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re aware that wind speed and sudden gusts can affect parasailing conditions, and unfortunately this is something we cannot control. Safety has to come first, and the crew always follows the required guidelines when it comes to wind and weight limits.
We’re glad to hear your tour guide was great, but we understand how disappointing it was to learn you couldn’t parasail together. Even though weights were provided ahead of time, the final decision is based on real‑time wind conditions, and sometimes that means pairs need to be separated for safety.

I loved this! Andrew and Monkey were amazing! So, thanks to both of these guys for making the adventure so much fun. This was the highlight of our sister trip. If we had more time before our return home, I would have booked it for a second day.
