Top Aruba On the Water

We had a fantastic experience with Banana’s Adventure Catamaran, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, personal, and well-run excursion in Aruba. Captain Jamil and crew member Benjie were excellent from start to finish. Safety was clearly their #1 priority, and they were very detailed in explaining everything before we got in the water and throughout the trip. We never felt rushed, and they made sure everyone was comfortable and knew what to expect. Our excursion included two snorkeling stops, and both were terrific. We saw turtles, fish of all sizes, and, of course, the famous Antilla shipwreck, which was a real highlight. The crew did a great job of guiding us and pointing out things we might otherwise have missed. The catamaran itself is on the smaller, more quaint side, but we actually found that to be a big plus. It was very comfortable and more than adequate for the excursion. Our group of six adults made the experience feel especially personal, and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to interact with the crew rather than being on a large, crowded boat. Another nice touch was the fresh fruit and tasty food served during the trip. Everything was simple, fresh, and exactly what you want after snorkeling. Overall, this was a great experience and an excellent value. The combination of a smaller boat, attentive crew, emphasis on safety, great snorkeling, good food, and a more personal atmosphere made this one of the highlights of our Aruba trip. Captain Jamil and Benjie took great care of us, and we would definitely recommend Banana’s Adventure Catamaran!
