What are people saying about Tokyo

Friendly fabulous informative walking tour.
What a friendly and informative tour. Jenny customised our tour to meet our needs and importantly, provided much information in advance. We knew in advance exactly what we were going to meet, where we would meet Jenny and so on. Jenny is a very friendly and helpful guide with much historical knowledge.

Great Day Out
We only had 1 day in Tokyo not enough time to fulfill everything but Kenzo provided us with an itinerary which was varied and gave us a fabulous insight into this lovely city.
We visited a Shrine, a Temple, a Japanese Garden and the Shibuya crossing amongst other things. He even booked lunch for us in a small tempura cafe, which people were queuing to get into and was delicious.
Very enjoyable and great use of the subway. Highly recommended

We went off script! The driver so responsive.
We loved that we could customize our trip. We ended up hiking up a trail to see Mount Fuji without being surrounded by so many tourists. Our driver Rana dropped us off at the trail head and was waiting for us upon our return 3 hours later. Hiking was not part of the suggested itinerary yet he accommodated us. Great day and perfect views of Mt. Fuji all along the trail.

Fantastic experience - highlight of our family trip
Fantastic experience and definitely the highlight of our trip. Kids (15F , 13M) were intensely involved for the whole trip. Loved that our guide (Yoki) had gone to the effort of writing a short little backstory on each of the competitors. She also spent 10 mins or so at the becoming explaining the heritage and rules of sumo; and is then on hand if you have any questions as you watch the fights. I brought binoculars as knew we would be at the back of the stadium but we didn’t need them. You could see absolutely fine. Few food places inside (inc beer) but they stop serving at 5pm so make sure you’ve eaten by then. Thought the travel back to the hotel was going to be a nightmare but while there was definitely a huge crowd everything worked like clockwork and we go straight on a train. If you’re lucky enough to be in town when a tournament is on don’t hesitate to book

Mr. Hoshi an old world master
Mr. Hoshi is an amazing pottery master, even though he is so modest. Very thorough and patient teaching brought the plate maker out of my wife and the cup maker out of me. We both layered the rice bowl as well. Unfortunately, due to uncertainty in tariffs and shipping, we were jot able to take our creations home. But we will return and do this again. The class size was small and you get a lot of help, attention, and praise from Mr.Hoshi. bravo!!!
