Perfect for a family transport

We were very pleased with the private pick up service. We were traveling with kids and this was a safe service. Make sure to contact the driver service to confirm pick up location if you are in a riad in the old Medina. The car may not be able to drive to front door and may need to set a good pick up spot. I had our riad talk to the driver to help us pick closest location for a car pick up. It all was perfect.

Nice clean newish vehicle and friendly driver.

The driver waited 3.0hours at the airport for us after the office gave him the plane projected arrival time and not our booking time + he honoured the extra 90 minutes we were late due to an aircraft problem. After 37 hours travelling to get here we really appreciated Mahamoud waiting for us.

Great communication made this airport pickup easy

I booked an airport pickup with Viator. The company delivering the service was Driver4you and they were excellent. They communicate via WhatsApp and the day of pickup they sent a very helpful video showing the pickup point directly outside the airport. They also send a picture of the car and license plate that will be arriving. I had a mixup with my hotel, and was worried I wouldn’t be able to communicate with my driver, but the Driver4you service rep on WhatsApp responded quickly with information and reassurance. Make sure to have WhatsApp and check it as pickup approaches, as they ended up sending a different car than was indicated earlier in the day. But they kept in touch until I confirmed I had met the driver and was on my way.

Safe and Quick Transfer

The pick up and drive was efficient and safe. The driver was confused on what hotel we needed to be dropped off at. given we didn't know the language and he didn't know much English it was a bit confusing. We got there. Was hoping we would have been able to ask him some questions on the country etc but it wasn't bill as a tour. We got to Rabat quickly and safely.

Excellent service!

I booked this to transport three of my friends from Marrakech to Essaouira. Reliable and efficient!

The transfer service was reliable and efficient. We used the same service both for traveling from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport. Upon exiting the airport, it was easy to spot our name, making the pickup much easier and more convenient than taking an airport taxi. The Driver went above & beyond

Excellent transfer service, communication was quick (WhatsApp & via this app) clear & very friendly. I had fractured my foot , the driver assisted me into the van and when we arrived at the airport he went into the airport and got me a wheelchair & guide without us asking for one!
