VIP Tasting Tequila Daytrip

It was such an awesome. My 2nd time to do Tequila daytrip and this time, it felt very different but in a great way. The intimate setting & small group made that big difference. Michelle explained very well the fermentation process and we were able to see it in action when we climbed up and see those big jars.

Perfect day

We had a great day with Alejandro, the archaeological site is really very nice and Alejandro gave us clear and interesting explanations in perfect English, the distillery was very pretty we were alone it was very appreciable and the little free time at tequila allowed us to buy souvenirs. It was really a very complete day between culture, tequila and landscape. We recommend the experience and Alejandro who was perfect!!

The best Tequila Tour

10/10 recommend this tour. Ive taken many tours in many different parts of Mexico but this one is probably the best one! Hector, our guide, felt more like a great friend. He was very informative but very chill. Also never rushed us and his timing of the tour was perfect! Every time we moved on from a spot, it started to get very busy but because of his timing, he made the day flow so smoothly. I also loved that it was a small group, only 7 of us. I much prefer this over 40+ people. I just cannot recommend this tour enough but if possible, make sure its with Hector!

Our tour guide did a great job throughout the whole trip. It was interesting learning the process for making tequila. I had taken another tour the day before at another tequila distillery in Amatitán, but some of the facts learned during this tour were not mentioned the day before. I liked that people weren't pressured into drinking as not everyone wanted to participate in the tequila tasting, and who were also able to choose how full of a shot glass we wanted. I think we could have been at the restaurant a little less time as once we were done eating we had to wait a while to move on to the next town. I also expected to get a free drink for the boat ride since it was mentioned in the post, but we ended up getting it after lunch for our ride to Ajijic, once we were in the van. It was tequila with squirt, but you couldn't really taste the tequila. Overall, it was a great experience.

A Must Do in Jalisco

Love this scenic tour in which I got to see the Chapala Lake and two beautiful towns by the lake. Pick up was easy and on time and the entire trip was well paced- not rushed at all! The van was spacious and comfortable while our guide, Ronny, was very knowledgeable. He was not only an informative guide but also an amazing photographer! He helped all of us take lots and lots of gorgeous photos. I had a lot of fun and befriended many wonderful people along my trip!

This is a must-do if you’re visiting Guadalajara. We had an excellent tour guide, Ricardo. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to tour two distilleries. We then looked around Tequila and ended the day at the famous Cantaritos, which is not to be missed. We cannot recommend this tour and Ricardo highly enough! It far exceeded our expectations and was one of the best tours we’ve ever had, anywhere!
