Top Budapest Spas

Given the number of people in the queue for our boat and the ones right before and after, it is clear that this is a popular activity. We showed up almost 30 minutes early and there were already about 30 people ahead of us. Important to note that everyone in front of us went to the top deck which had windows that could be opened for better pictures. Not sure if the bottom deck had the same but if not, you’ll want to arrive at the pier early. The company was efficient at boarding and getting drinks to everyone. Headphones were already on the seats with dozens of languages and it was loud enough to follow along and get an explanation of the sites as we were passing them by live. We saw the Parliament building, bridges, historic buildings, and Bud Castle lit up at night, which was beautiful. The ride was an ideal time to get some history, take beautiful pictures, and be back to the starting point.

The Budapest Beer Spa is definitely a fun and unique experience! We loved our soaks in the tubs, the self-serve beer tap, and the photo ops! We’d definitely recommend it to friends who visit Budapest. The rest of Széchenyi was nice, too, but the Beer Spa was our highlight! Egeshegedre!

The dinner cruise on the Danube along with the dancing and live music was extraordinary. Cruising past the buildings along the shore and watching them light up as dusk fell was nothing if romantic. The food on the boat was extremely tasteful, and the weight staff was perfect. If you were even considering this tour, do it!
