Exceptional Tour with James – An Unforgettable Experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our tour to Port Douglas and Cape Tribulation yesterday, and it was all thanks to our incredible tour leader, James! From the very beginning, James was punctual, arriving right at our hotel to pick us up. Throughout the day, his wonderful personality shone through—he is incredibly kind, high-energy, supportive, and deeply knowledgeable about the areas we visited. He kept us engaged and well-informed the entire time. What truly showed his dedication and professionalism happened on our way back. There was a major accident on the road, causing a huge traffic jam. Instead of just waiting it out, James went completely out of his way and took an alternative route that added an extra hour of driving, just to ensure we could get back to our hotel as safely and quickly as possible. He worked so hard to make sure we had the perfect day, and his exceptional care made all the difference. Thank you, James, for being such an outstanding guide! Such a beautiful tour and experience

Absolutely breathtaking experience and one of the biggest highlights of our Australia trip. Snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef alone would have been incredible, but combining it with a helicopter ride over the reef made it unforgettable. Seeing the reef from both above and below gave completely different perspectives and really showed how massive and beautiful the area is. The crew was organized, professional, and made the day run smoothly from start to finish. We appreciated how safety focused they were as well, with constant head counts following each reef site and ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves. My father was unable to participate in the scuba diving experience due to medical reasons and they initiated a partial refund on their end for the difference of the experience which also streamlined the process and saved time on my end to reach out to Viator.

Fantastic day

Amazing full day, very well organised. Memories for life. Would totally recommend taking the train on the way there and skyrail on the way back. Birdland, butterflies and the koala were great activities. Staff at all places were excellent. If travelling with a person who is less able there is a bit of a walk between train station and the village. We got an Uber which was really easy.

Enjoyable trip up to the rainforest. Bit unfortunate only saw 2 small crocodiles on the river part of the trip. But you cant always expect the animals to come out just for us everytime. Very lucky to see the 2 we did. Great lunch provided. put my feet in the lovely spring water. If you intend to go in the water it is very rocky. Take some footwear that you can wear into the water. makes the experience a bit better on your feet. Our guide was very informative walking around the rainforest. Then to top off the day we had nice icecream. Great day had by all i think.

Absolutely Beautiful

We did the Pinnacles Desert Sunset Dinner and Stargazing Tour at the end of April and had such a great experience. Before the tour, we received a message asking if we’d be able to change our booking by a couple of days because the weather forecast wasn’t looking ideal for stargazing. We were really glad we did, because the weather turned out absolutely beautiful. It was definitely a long day, but completely worth it. Seeing the incredible Pinnacles up close at sunset was amazing, especially knowing they may one day disappear due to erosion. The highlight though was the spectacular night sky — the stargazing was unforgettable and unlike anything we’ve seen before. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

What a wonderful tour to say the least. Shout out to my tour guide Matt (guys a legend). The smoke ceremony was cool and interesting. Mossman gorge was beautiful and fun to swim in. The cruise was unreal. I see the alpha male croc Scarface, a female scooter, and several baby crocs. Cape tribulation was also stunning. To wrap it up the ice cream place was great. Matt was an absolute beauty of a tour guide. He had all sorts of knowledge on the areas as well as a bunch of great stories. Super cool dude and made the day great.

Excellent Day Tour....

Great day at Port Arthur. Very interesting. There is self guided audio available on each building or you can do a guided tour. The harbour cruise around isle of dead is interesting. I recommend the scallop pie on the boat. Delicious. Also the walk to remarkable cave is a must do.

Enjoyed the day on the island

Picked up the tickets the day before as the tour operator was very busy on the morning of the tour. Long queue to get on. Limited outside seating on the ferry and limited upstairs seating inside. Staff very friendly on the ferry. Great views along the river and commentary was informative. Island lovely to walk around plenty to see and do for the long day.
