This was our first visit to Sydney, Australia, and we were looking for a guided tour to the Blue Mountains. We came across Diamond Tours, and our guide, Lloyd, exceeded our expectations. He took the time to learn every passenger’s name and provided informative commentary and local insights throughout the entire journey.
In addition to the scheduled itinerary, Lloyd made extra stops at scenic locations such as Katoomba Falls, which added even more value to the experience. During our lunch stop in Glenbrook, he also offered several excellent dining recommendations.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Diamond Tours to anyone visiting Australia for the first time and looking to explore the Blue Mountains.

Our driver and guide was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the trees, animals, and birds of the Blue Mountains. He led us through the rain forest, told us of all the means of transportation at Scenic World, and told us where to go at the Sydney National Zoo to see the most popular animals of Australia. He was great!!

Had the weather cooperated during the Blue Mountain and Three Sisters visit, it would have been perfect. But even with these challenges, our guide Phil still made the rest of the tour well worth it with his humor, information and all around attention to detail in keeping it moving smoothly. Lloyd was our tour guide for the day and he was phenomenal! He had a great personality, fun and informative throughout the entire day! This tour offered so much in one day. It was worth the price and nice break from the city hustle and a great opportunity to see the mountains and more nature. Lloyd was interactive with us the entire day, giving us great facts while also keeping everything light and fun. 10 out of 10 for this tour and our awesome tour guide. We had an absolutely incredible day trip to the Blue Mountains! This tour was so much more than just getting on a bus, being dropped off at a scenic viewpoint, and heading back. Our guide, Leonard, completely transformed the experience and made it an eventful, highly entertaining day from start to finish.
The bus drive flew by because Leonard kept us thoroughly engaged, sharing a wealth of fascinating background information and history about Australia, Sydney, and the Blue Mountains themselves. He is incredibly knowledgeable, witty, and passionate, which turned what could have been a standard commute into a true highlight of the trip. One of the most scenic days of our Australia trip. The Blue Mountains views around Echo Point and the Three Sisters honestly looked unreal in person, especially with the dramatic clouds rolling through the valleys.
Scenic World added a really immersive experience to the day with the railway and rainforest walks, while Sydney Zoo gave us another chance to experience Australian wildlife up close.
A fantastic combination tour for anyone wanting both nature and wildlife while visiting Sydney. Phil was an awesome driver and tour guide for the experience as well.

Lloyd our host/driver was the absolute best. he was extremely knowledgeable, accomadating and so much fun he had our whole bus (except a couple people who slept most of the time) in stiches ( ahuge compliment). He also had the herding instincts of a cattle-dog and kept all of us moving, on time and a cohesive group. We had such a fun day and would HIGHLY recommend Lloyd of Londen and the tour agency to everyone!
