Amazing day on the boat and in Capri

The boat trip to Capri and around the island has to be the highlight for me. Luisa and Josepe, the attendant and the captain, were full of energy and made the trip that much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we weren't able to go inside the Blue Grotto as the wait time was over an hour, but instead we went to see other grottos on the other side of the island with the extra time. There was even a beautiful spot where we got to swim with a breathtaking landscape behind. Luisa kept our glasses full and entertained us with many interesting facts about the region and the coastline. The 4 hours on Capri were nice, but the transport on the island will take around 1h30 total. The lift in Anacapri is 15 euros but definitely worth it. We decided to use the hop on hop off bus, which was 25 euros per person but saved us from long public transport lines.

The experience was incredible from start to finish. Our guide, Danilo, was charming and funny, as well as very knowledgeable on the area. We especially appreciated his recommendations for each town we visited. The add-on boat tour was well worth it for the views (and vibes). Paolo, the bus driver, was an expert behind the wheel and bus was a comfortable temp for a couple of Californians used to cranked up AC. 5 star service all around---I would definitely recommend this excursion (and tour company) to a friend.

Very jovial and caring person. Had a unique experience when heavy rain started. Though we got stranded for sometime but experienced how rain water were flowing along the lanes of Pompei. MUST do experience! My husband and I both agreed that this was the most fun thing we did while in Italy. I chose this tour because it was all day, stoped at the Blue Grotto, stopped on the island of Capri for three hours, and had time to swim. Giuseppe and our captain were both wonderful. Giuseppe took pictures of everyone in front of the beautiful Faraglioni rocks. He also gave us recommendations while in Capri. Fruit, beer, water, and prosecco were included.

Great day out.

The early starts 7:30 was worth it as we were one of the first coaches to arrive at Pompei. Great information from the tour leader and Pompei guide. Good rest before we moved onto Vesuvius. At Vesuvius we were given good advice from the tour guide re the walk up and down and plenty of time. Its a tough walk up for older people and the walk down takes its toll on your knees, but we had time to rest. Really enjoyed the tour.

We skipped all the lines thanks to Luigi!

Luigi was an incredible tour guide. He really understands Capri and the way the crowds work at the Blue Grotto and had us there early enough that we skipped ALL the lines! Woo hoo! The natural beauty of the area, especially from the water is really breathtaking. That said, the island portion on Capri, as well as Amalfi and Positano are just crowded, highly overrated collections of stores and restaurants, much like how the rides at Disney all end in the gift shop.

We loved our boat trip and highly recommend it! Our captain, Rafael, was amazing and made sure we had the best time! He also made a reservation for us for lunch on Capri and that was great too. Amalfi Coast Boat Tour is a great way to see the Amalfi Coast

The boat tour of Amalfi and Positano was incredible. We were able to visit both town and see incredible scenery by taking the boat tour without the hassle of traffic. Vittorio and Annalisa were great hosts and made sure we had a great time. They were knowledgeable about the area of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts and made sure we had everything we needed from drinks to snacks. The boat is limited to 12 people and that made it more intimate and interesting.

Pretty great experience. Christiano (spelling) was fabulous. He’s part of the family that runs the farm where the cooking class takes place. You can tell his dedication and love for the area and the food. Only two “wishes” that were different was a notification of the drive to the class. From the pickup spot, it took us roughly 45 minutes to get to the class. Other than a €5 fee per person each way, there isn’t any notification of how far the drive is. This is mainly because of traffic, as the drive home was only 20 minutes. The other wish would be a smaller class. Our class was 30-35 people and felt as if it was as personalized as it could have been.
