Our tour guide Jakub was really good. The tour went smoothly. Organized and within schedule. Highly recommended. Small group tours are the best.

Absolutely loved V and his wittiness and his delivery of this tour. The history was very informative as my husband loves history and thoroughly enjoyed himself. (He doesn’t love tours) We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something fun to do.

Our guide, Jakub, was excellent. His knowledge of Prague, the Castle and European history was impressive. Only criticism is that it took longer than expected to actually go into the castle; we thought the entrance tickets would have been pre-purchased.

Otakar was great. He was an elite story teller, kept us engaged and interested the whole way, wasn’t afraid to tell historical facts and tid bits that were raw and real. I learned a lot and appreciated the entire tour

A very interesting tour, but not overloaded with dates, names, places, and facts, which allowed us to enjoy the sights and still be educated. Our tour guide, Jan, was funny and passionate, and allowed us to explore at our own pace. There is a lot to see, learn, and discover in Prague Castle, so be prepared to walk a lot. We did have a break to refresh, and it was very manageable.

Seriously overcrowded in mid August… Very difficult to move around and get good photos. Our guide Jacob was brilliant, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. This would have been perfect at a different time of year out from main tourist season. Still a great introduction to the history of a Prague.

Regarding the crowds, unfortunately, that’s something we can’t influence. However, we always try to find spots where you can hear the guide well, which is also why we keep our tours in small groups.
If you’d like to avoid the crowds as much as possible, we recommend our 1 PM tour. Fewer people tend to visit the castle closer to closing time.
Nico was a superb guide. His spoke clearly and loudly, and he had a vast amount of knowledge as well as stories and anecdotes. He really knew how to give the best among the July crowds.

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide, Vaclav, was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. He was very attentive and answered any questions we had. If you do the tour that takes you outside the castles and churches, be sure to add this tour to your trip. The time in St. V and St. G cathedrals was beautiful. There is so much interesting history to learn and this tour helped us to take away knowledge that we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. Can’t recommend enough.

What an amazing day. The man we had (John??) was incredible passionate fun and knowledgeable. The castle and churches were incredible . He gave us all the important facts in a fun way , definitely recommend him ( he was an artist called John ?? But used another nickname)

Regarding the refund, I apologize for the misunderstanding. As our product structure recently changed to exclude public transport tickets, a partial refund of 36 CZK is applicable for adult tickets, while discounted tickets (for seniors or students) do not include these transit costs and therefore remain unchanged.

Nico was very impressive he was so knowledgeable about the history of Prague and the castles . It was really worth visiting the sites and having him as our tour guide. He has never in a hurry really took his time to answer all our questions.

My husband said, “No, don’t book a tour. We’ll just walk around by ourselves.” All I can say is I’m so glad that I didn’t listen to him! He was so entertained by our guide, Václav’s stories and he enjoyed it so much that he laughed almost the whole time! Our small group had 12 people which made it easy to keep up with the group and more importantly, hear what the guide was saying. Václav was so great at navigating through and around the crowds so that we could see everything. The complex is really quite large and I honestly don’t think we would’ve found our way around the entire place without our guide. If we ever get the chance to go back, we’ll definitely take more tours offered by this company.
