We had the most wonderful time on our bike tour with tour guide Candace. Got to see amazing scenery, some elk in the wild and learn about all the best spots for a drink & bite in Banff. Highly recommend this tour!

Awesome scenery during the ride. Our leader Candace was very friendly and shared a lot of local history. Easy ride with e-bikes. Our group was all 65!

Wonderful experience- great way to see the beauty of Banff’s natural areas. Our guide showed us around the golf course, the Riverwalk, and Vermillion lakes. It was an amazing experience.

Josh was a friendly and very personable tour guide, showing us so much of the beauty of Banff in just 2.5 hrs. We didn't waste a second, yet took plenty of time to take pictures at the top tourist stops. As a bonus, we spotted elk multiple times at the Fairmont golf course. We had an amazing day!

Joe Moon was the best tour guide ever! So fun and helpful. Everyone should request him as your guide! The E Bikes from Banf’s E Bikes were so much fun and was the best tour we went on! Will definitely do this again with them!

Our bike ride in Banff was amazing! Our guide, Joe, was fantastic. He took us through beautiful trails with stunning views of the mountains and lakes. Joe was friendly and made sure everyone had a great time. It was a fun and memorable experience—highly recommend it!

We had limited time due to a family wedding so this private tour was perfect for our group. It was a nice intro to a few Banff highlights and much needed fresh air after traveling the day before. Joe, our guide, was excellent! He was patient, professional and conversational. We enjoyed his company and all the sights along the way. Plus e-bikes are so fun and worked for everyone in our group.
Only downside is that we didn’t want it to end!

Our guide Joe was great! He taught us how to use the bikes and took us on easy paths. It was just my husband and myself. It was raining but they gave us rain gear to stay warm and dry. We saw spectacular views of mountains and waterfalls. We saw a great heard of elk including a big buck that trumpeted. It was totally awesome!

As it happened, my husband and I had a private e-bike tour with John. He was a great guide, very concerned for our safety, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bikes had some minor mechanical issues, but not enough to take away from the pleasure of the tour. Would definitely recommend!

When traveling in the beautiful city of Banff, my husband and I chose to book an 'e-bike' tour through Viator. We met at the train station and discovered that we had a tour guide all to ourselves since no one else was joining us. "Ryan" (our guide) was enthusiastic, professional and very personable. We saw highlights like Bow Falls, rode through forests and ended our 2.5 hr tour near the downtown area. You could easily see why Ryan loves this area and how much he enjoys sharing it with others. Thank you, Ryan, for a great morning adventure!

Would definitely recommend this e-bike tour.
Riding an e-bike was so much fun and Our guide made it easy to see bow lake and bow falls for photo opportunities. Wouldn’t have been able to see as much as we did without our guide who was very knowledgeable about the area.

Our guide Joe was fantastic, he gave us all the time we needed to absorb the views and the ride. We were able to ride as fast, or as slow, as we felt comfortable. We enjoyed the couple we rode with.

Molly was our guide. So attentive and kind. I’m 74 and she went with what I could do. It was just her and my daughter on the tour.
I recommend it for everyone. The longer tours would be too much for an elderly person. This was beautiful and just right for me.

This was one of the favorite things we did on this trip! Our guide was awesome! Very informative and engaging. Loved seeing the town and some of the nature around it!! We would not have known where to go on our bikes if we had just rented them vs taking the tour. The 10am tour was great as it wasn’t as busy I am sure the afternoon could be!

I wasn't confident in my physical strength, but riding an E-bike was very comfortable! My guide was very friendly and gave me lots of information during the ride, as well as taking good care of my safety, which made the whole trip enjoyable.
