The museum did not honor tickets in; had to buy new tickets at the door; no response from Viator on issues. Will never use this app again in the Netherlands.

We would like to clarify that the original e-tickets were successfully sent to your email the day before your travel date. Please note that the Viator booking voucher itself is not valid for museum entry. The museum requires the official e-tickets with the QR/barcode for admission. If the original e-tickets had been presented at the entrance, access to the museum would have been granted. We sincerely regret any misunderstanding regarding the ticket usage instructions and appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve the traveler experience.
