Magical!
Great time, Eddy is great. He lets us take the time to observe, to discover, and explains the whole process of bioluminescence to us afterward. It was magical and super interesting! With family, with friends, as a couple, I highly recommend it. Thank you ✨

Costa Rica 2026
What an amazing group of folks. Experienced things I never thought would be possible. It was only my partner and I, we had such an amazing experience, from seeing the spider monkeys, snorkeling, and trying fresh scallops and oysters straight from the sea. These guys know what’s up.

Wonderful experience
Very nice experience: sunset in a magnificent setting, bird watching. At nightfall, we were able to swim and discover the bioluminescence. It is really worth experiencing. Unfortunately, the photos do not do justice to the splendor of the phenomenon. I recommend it 200%. Magical!

Best of my trip to Costa Rica
Best of my trip to Costa Rica! The deal was wonderful. We arrived without breakfast because we arrived without time and we were offered coffee and cookies with very kindness. We left in the boat to the islands that make up Turtle Island and were explaining everything while we enjoyed the views and a wonderful drive. It was just me and my partner with two guides. A luxury.
Then they took us snorkeling and we saw a lot of fish. When we got back on the boat they offered us drinks and took us to a beautiful beach with no people to relax and put us varied fruit and a snack to eat in addition to more drinks. On the way back, I asked them for some snorkeling again and they took me there. When we wanted to come back, surprise came. Our guide spotted a group of dolphins and took us with them! WE WERE WITH THE DOLPHINS WATCHING THEM VERY CLOSE AS THEY INTERACTED WITH OUR BOAT!
We'll never forget. Grateful forever with El Gecko Tours.
100% recommended!

Unique, Professional & Perfect
Great experience - we booked several days with Richard & were more than happy with him and his way of teaching us to surf.
We booked a total of 3 days (I would recommend to anyone) & have made great progress. Richard is very focused on the technique and assists with each wave (if necessary).
Funny, reliable and very ambitious can still be added - all in all highly recommended & a great experience!

Excellent tour for...
Excellent tour for visiting Tortuga Island and snorkel. From start to finish a perfectly organized, well balanced, great day of adventure and fun! Staff was incredible, professional and very welcoming! Manuel was amazing! He took the time to give us better directions back to Playa Coyote at the end of our adventure filled, fun day! Highly recommend! Great value! Lunch that was provided was exceptional!

Wonderful experience
It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was Mr. Johanny. He did an excellent job; very friendly, patient, and funny. We had never kayaked before. He taught us how to kayak and made us feel comfortable, even in the dark. We end up kayaking for 90 minutes. We highly recommend this experience. It is very easy to take a 3 pm ferry from Puntarenas to Paquera, do the activity, and take the 8 pm ferry back to Puntarenas. This is worth the money. There is not much else to do in Pauqera.

Paradise in our own land
We are a couple knowing the beauties that our country gives us. I recommend Costa Ricans to do this type of tour in their own land. We learned a lot and although it was our first time wearing the Kayak, Jose helped us not to be left behind. Attention 100%

Once a small village with no stoplights, Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, is a bustling beach town filled with surfers, yogis, and plenty of friendly Tico guides specializing in Santa Teresa tours. Embark a boat cruise to Tortuga Island on a Monday, kayak after dark through the Nicoya Peninsula’s glowing algae on a Tuesday, and wrap things up with learning how to surf on a Wednesday. Expert guides can also take you deep-sea fishing on the Pacific or horseback riding on sand so soft you’ll want to take it home. But don’t—memories and photos make for the best Santa Teresa souvenirs.
