Excellent driver! Highly recommend! He was waiting on us after we cleared customs with our baggage. He had some nice drinks in a cooler for us in a very new mini van. We had great conversation the entire ride from Montego Bay airport to Runaway Bay. He pointed out all the hotels and cool spots along the way. Great way to start a vacation!

We had an incredible time with Quest!! The communication with Dalton was great. He was able to accommodate us even when our cruise was delayed and always responded back promptly. A HUGE shoutout to Albert, our driver! He made sure we had the best time visiting Jamaica! When we were driving between sites, he gave us the history of Jamaica and tons of fun facts. He allowed us to stop at stores on the way back and ensured everything was perfect! Typically, I would book through the cruise ship company but am so glad I booked with Quest. They made this experience personal and private. We had a great time at the excursions and can’t wait to come back!

Its a long ride over roads that have been damaged by the hurricane - but worth it. The place show still signs of damage - however the falls are a very nice natural experience - not at all like Dunns (disney falls) - The man showed us lots of nature. And our driver Damien was exceptional. Wear water shoes and take money for the local produce - Would not recommend this for anyone with walking issues or unsteady of foot as it involves climbing & walking on uneven river bed. There was only one group of 4 people there when we went.

This private food tour in Montego Bay, Jamaica was an incredible experience and a highlight of our trip. Having a private guide made everything feel personal and relaxed, and we were able to truly enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The food was authentic, flavorful, and a perfect introduction to Jamaican cuisine. We got to try a variety of local dishes and visit spots we never would have found on our own. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared great insight into the culture, history, and food scene of Montego Bay, which made the experience even more meaningful. My kids said this is the best Excursion that they have ever gone on. We were picked up from our hotel, did a quick little shopping and rum tasting, and headed to the Blue Hole. The jumps and water was amazing. Our guides allowed us to order food and pick it up on the way to our catamaran and snorkeling trip. Drinks available gor purchase at that beach area. Snorkeling was at least a good half hour and then we went to the Dunns River Falls and climbed up from the ocean. The views were spectacular. The climb was a little challenging, but the guides were awesome and ensured our safety. Bring lots of tip money. The deserved it. I would highly recommend the trip.

Excellent local guided tour of the area. Fantastic customer service by our driver Leroy. He was super personable and friendly. Great knowledge of the area and terrific driver in the challenging traffic. Met us with a sign and clear instructions. Would not hesitate to use this company and Leroy as our driver/guide again.

I booked this trip with my group of three friends after our MSC cruise bamboo rafting excursion was cancelled. There was a similar experience available from MSC. However, the cost was around $130/ person for the same experience. This tour was well worth the cost. It was around $33/person for the round trip shuttle escort to Dunn’s River and shopping. Then, admission to Dunn’s River is $25 USD for non-Jamaicans. Our shuttle driver, Craig, picked us up from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal port, drove us to Dunn’s River, helped us get set up to climb, explained how the Dunn’s River climb worked, waited for us, and took us to a requested shopping and dining area in Ocho Rios near the port. We arrived at Dunn’s River before 1pm and the crowds were very reasonable. My group was able to take its time to climb in two hours and hang out on the beach. Craig was very friendly during the entire afternoon. I would definitely book with this company again over the cruise excursion. CLA Tours offers a better deal with 10/10 vibes and the tour is customizable for groups with personalized shopping stops.

Our driver, Cleverton, was on time and very welcoming. He messaged us describing his clothing, which meant he was easy to identify as soon as we got outside. He was very pleasant, pointing out landmarks and providing a little history lesson as we went, answering any questions we had.
