Albert was waiting for us right at the airport — no confusion, no hassle — and whisked us straight to the lobby of the Riu Ocho Rios with ease. The same seamless service applied on our return trip, picked up right from the hotel lobby and delivered safely back to the airport. You honestly couldn't ask for a smoother experience. But here's the thing — this was SO much more than just a transfer. Albert turned what could have been a simple A-to-B drive into an unforgettable introduction to the island. He went out of his way to give us a little tour along the route, sharing his incredible knowledge of Jamaica — the best places to visit, hidden gems to explore, and local tips you won't find in any guidebook. His passion for the island was truly infectious! On top of all that, Albert was one of the most personable, kind, and fun people we met during our entire trip. He was also a very safe driver, which gave us complete peace of mind on the road. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. Dan-Paul was our guide he was as absolutely amazing and we are bamboo ride was a 10/10. He also took us to a great Jamaican restaurant and we got to go to a souvenir store where we had a 10$ credit! Overall was a great experience and highly recommend!

This private food tour in Montego Bay, Jamaica was an incredible experience and a highlight of our trip. Having a private guide made everything feel personal and relaxed, and we were able to truly enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The food was authentic, flavorful, and a perfect introduction to Jamaican cuisine. We got to try a variety of local dishes and visit spots we never would have found on our own. I booked this trip with my group of three friends after our MSC cruise bamboo rafting excursion was cancelled. There was a similar experience available from MSC. However, the cost was around $130/ person for the same experience. This tour was well worth the cost. It was around $33/person for the round trip shuttle escort to Dunn’s River and shopping. Then, admission to Dunn’s River is $25 USD for non-Jamaicans. Our shuttle driver, Craig, picked us up from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal port, drove us to Dunn’s River, helped us get set up to climb, explained how the Dunn’s River climb worked, waited for us, and took us to a requested shopping and dining area in Ocho Rios near the port. We arrived at Dunn’s River before 1pm and the crowds were very reasonable. My group was able to take its time to climb in two hours and hang out on the beach. Craig was very friendly during the entire afternoon. I would definitely book with this company again over the cruise excursion. CLA Tours offers a better deal with 10/10 vibes and the tour is customizable for groups with personalized shopping stops.

Both excursions were so much fun and actually a mild mark on our bucket list. The guides at each tour were awesome. However, our driver to and from the excursions was awful. His driving was crazy and wild. He left us at Dunn’s River to pick up other people at another excursion. We left our excursion early because he told us to be out front at a certain time. We end up waiting 30 minutes before he came back. I had to call and text the office to find out what was happening. Once picked up, he proceeded to tell me we basically finished the excursion and we didn’t miss anything. I don’t think that should be told to someone who has spent their money and traveled so far for the experience. These excursions were fun and worth it, but that transfer driver Rajesh was awful

The entire team was so welcoming a d the boat was so nice. My family was celebrating my mom’s 60th bday and Vaughn and his team decorated the boat for her which was so thoughtful. We bought our own drinks and snacks on the boat. We swam whenever they stopped the boat amd felt safe knowing the team was nearby. Theres an inside area, and 3 levels (O explored all three) I booked the 3 hour session but just like the reviews said I could have stayed even longer, it was so fun. Highly recommend and would come back

I took my mom to Jamaica for her 60th birthday last year. Winston was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and will customize your tour based on your preferences. We spent the whole day with him and had a blast! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful falls, great walk through the river, multiple falls, and jungle. Our river guide, Kimarley, was great - fun, patient, low key, provided great info along tour. Be prepared for a great workout in the cool river water for the majority of the experience. The included lunch was delicious—my curry chicken was made with wild turmeric growing on the property. Seems like a family run business, all those at property were friendly and welcoming—including the domino players! Treacherous 90 minute drive from Negril due to road conditions, so be prepared if you’re prone to car sickness. Our driver Damien was familiar and knew when to slow down and when to hit the gas. Overall, highly recommended if you want a natural excursion away from the beach and tour group crowds.
