We loved ❤️❤️ our guide Aliya!!! In the 2 days in Paris, she navigated us thru streets and history and made our tour come alive. We saw everything we wanted and more unexpected things that gave out tour a surprise. We booked the tour because language and directions are not our forte, she helped us to see the highlights for first time travelers to Paris. We loved the tour!! We loved her!!

Our excellent 3 day adventure

We took this three day tour with our tour guide Leila and our excellent coach driver. Leila has an encyclopedic knowledge of French history and could answer any question put to her. We are studying French and Leila was always ready to explain the finer points of French grammar which we appreciated. Our driver was very competent and we always felt safe with him behind the wheel. One issue of concern was the standard of the two hotels we stayed at. The Novotel in Caen and the second hotel in Angers were barely 4 star. Very poor quality rooms and the food was bland and served very badly .

Website and App are terrible

Our guide George and Masha Shestova were great. Give them a raise. Your website and App are terrible. I could not find my QR code. And I could not choose to take 3rd floor elevator. And I could not verify after ticket purchase if my ticket had 3rd floor access. So we flew 5600 miles to Paris and your software ruined our trip. Please fix it for other people.
